It's my 1st time here. The place was packed. Parking can be challenging. Service was not on target. The server seemed to have forgotten to place our order and had us wait almost 40 minutes, while everyone around us was getting prompt service. The food was a bit bland for my taste. It's great for people with high blood pressure, tho. It's low in sodium. Good size portions. The Wednesday special is advertised at $5.99 with free tea, but it's actually $7. My overall experience wasn't pleasant. I don't see myself coming back again. Come check them out for yourself.

This was my first time dining at Peter El Norteño. However, finding parking was quite a challenge and it took me around 15 minutes to find an available spot. Once inside, I found the restaurant to be very pleasing, and the staff was quite attentive and friendly. For my meal, I ordered Chicken Fried Steak, which looked impressive, but unfortunately, it tasted just okay. I wanted to try their tacos, but I was put off by the hot sauce and tortillas. The tortillas did not taste homemade, and I did not like the roasted flavor of the salsa. When I asked for salsa verde, I was told that they did not have it, which was quite disappointing. While I may give Peter El Norteño another chance in the future, the lack of salsa verde and parking issues are major negatives for me.

The owner and staff know that food is love . Very friendly and welcoming actually making the good taste better. Love the chicken fried steak and onion rings. My wife loves the Green chicken enchiladas. Parking can be hard but it's worth the trouble. Better is a dinner of bitter herbs where love is then a feast where hatred is.
