Booked a party for my son, we arrived 15 minutes early like the reservation stated to so that we would be able to decorate before our guests arrived. There was no check in area and had to ask cashier about check in, was told the pervious party was still there and clean up would happen after, mind you my party was scheduled for 6:30. At 6:30 I went to ask about our tables again and was told they were still getting cleaned up at that time we already had guests arriving with no where to sit and nothing set up. We were not able to sit and set up until about 6:45 and at that our party host had not showed up, a bit later they finally show up and we start order pizza, it wasn’t until about 7:45 that we finally started getting out pizza our guests had been sitting for an hour with no pizza or drink cups.
This was the worst experience I have ever had at PPP. We were scheduled 6:30-8:30 were told we had to pay by 8:30 we were barley getting to cake at that time feeling super rushed.
Just horrible.

Hello everyone I just wanted to mention that I went with my kids and family and we were doing a last minute party for my daughter and I just wanted to mention one of the employees Jacqueline was really nice and understanding and letting us take our time and even gave us some suggestions that would work best for my big family will definitely go again and the food was delicious.

We scheduled our son's 6th birthday there this morning and couldn't be more satisfied. The restaurant was so clean, staff was extremely attentive and we had the most amazing celebration! Thanks again to our part host and all the staff that made my baby's birthday so special!

The employee Jacqueline was rude. We inconvenienced her by showing up to eat here. My family was expecting good service as the commercials always show happy, smiling employees. But I guess not at this place. Save your money and go elsewhere because this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this here. This is just the first time I’m sharing my experience. It’s a shame too because it’s a good product but it turns sour the moment we’re served.
