I was in line and I witnessed one of the managers, Tim, angrily speaking to a customer who was simply asking for a small cup of ranch, and he replied with an insufferable attitude that even bothered me. I then witnessed him walking around the restaurant outside on the phone while the workers inside scrambled to get orders out, and even when he was in the kitchen for a few minutes his phone never left his hand.

Happy Days

Ordered the California veggie pizza- resulted in bad food poisoning for me and another member. Had only eaten a banana for breakfast and pb&j sandwich for lunch prior to pizza for dinner. Woke up to bad symptoms, needed to see doctor for excessive nausea.

The guy working where they give out the prizes (Chris) was very rude to my grandchildren he was rushing them and got upset when my granddaughters combined their tickets, this is a place for kids, these employees should have more patience with kids.

oh boy where to begin. Service was friendly at the counter, the girl had nice nails! But when she was making my food without gloves all of a sudden they were not so nice to me.. I've previously been a cook in restaurants for 3 years and studied culinary for about 3 years before that, I've done extensive food safety training. The stuff I saw made my stomach turn. It was unfortunate I could see all the workers making my food... going from the broom, to the pizza, to touching their face, back to my food... I decided to just not complain and eat the pizza because my boyfriend was hungry and I didn't want to seem rude. The pizza was actually pretty good ! This was my first time here. But a few hours later my stomach is turning and feel like I'm going to vomit, have sharp pains. The way the food prepared was pretty disturbing. No thought what so-ever. I feel part of the problem is they probably do not get paid enough to care. I can't blame them. I just know as a former cook I held myself to high safety and sanitation standards when preparing peoples food! There was 5 people making one pizza touching garbage, money, etc. I would never go back.. I have to give one star because I am grossed out but the food was not too bad, probably give higher rating if I didn't see them making it. Should have just gotten a refund after what I saw.

Why offer a pizza buffet when they can’t keep up with the buffet customers. I strongly recommend visiting the Peter pipers on Culebra and 1604.

Had lunch today and it was good. Staff was friendly. You have a staff member by the name of Christine and she was so nice. She made small conversation and greeted us with a smile.

Kid-friendliness: Great place for kids to run around. As long as they're accompanied by an adult. Good place to reserve a birthday party for kids.

Plenty of activities for the children to stay occupied. Food was decent, with bread sticks being the best.Kid-friendliness: There is a lot of arcades for the kids to play and the price is about $20 for 100 tickets. Unlike Chuck E Cheese where you can get a game pass for a specific time, this place doesn't do that.
