Very disappointed tonight. I know it was Saturday night but we ordered and paid for an Extreme Pepperoni pizza and received a regular pepperoni because they were out of the little pepperoni. Had they explained that to us beforehand, we could have selected another pizza. The floor in the restaurant was full of food, the ladies bathroom was in serious bed of attention. The worker walked in to replace the paper towels and just stepped around the mess all over the floor.

Chaotic place on the weekend, but staff was so unprofessional. Today was our first ever time visiting and maybe the new hires need some more training? I asked several questions to the cashier and she had no clue how to answer me. We waited over 30 minutes for a small cheese pizza.

This was the worst pizza I have ever eaten at Peter Piper Pizza!!! The pizza looked like it was thrown together at the last moment. The shape was lopsided and was not evenly diatributed with ingredients. Most of the pizza barely had cheese and the ingredients seemed to be scattered only on one side. Some slices only had one item with little if any cheese. I should have returned to the store immediately, but i had hungry kids at home. This definitely was disappointing and not the value and quality I have come to expect from Peter Piper.

The General Sales Manager by the name of Larry! Went above and beyond. I placed an order for delivery while I was at work and never received it. He confirmed it was the third party’s delivery mistake. Made a new fresh order and delivered it Personally to my store. That what I cal customer service and going out of his way for his customers.

The smell here is overwhelming. Like sooo strong. I am not being dramatic it's disgusting. A cross between a wet dog and feet. Only posting this in hopes that management sees it and solves the problem. We come often but today is the only day I have experienced this. Please fix I couldn't enjoy my food and just wanted to leave.
