Wife and I decided to check out Vietnamese restaurants near downtown San Antonio. We stopped in here and tried the pho. My wife had the combination/ special. I got the brisket. She likes her. I thought they gave me too much meatballs instead of brisket. Service was ok. I was surprised how busy they were for a Wednesday. It's alright. Price is reasonable.
This spot's been my go-to for years, and it never disappoints. Their pho with brisket hits different every time - that rich broth and tender beef is perfection. Fresh spring rolls always packed with big chunks of shrimp, and their pad thai nails that sweet-savory balance. Still my number one Vietnamese spot after all these years.
