This is my go-to spot in San Antonio — truly a hidden gem. They have the best pho in the city! I always order the P1 — oxtail, rib, and steak pho served in a hot rock bowl — and it never disappoints. We tried this place for dinner on a Sunday afternoon, surprised to only see one table eating at that moment. We ordered the Viet spring rolls, vermicelli bowl with chicken and egg roll, pho GA and combo pho. The food came out so hot and fast! 10/10 on flavor, presentation, servings and service. The pho broth was so flavorful! My grilled chicken vermicelli bowl hit the spot, the best I've ever had! And I eat a lot of Vietnamese food!
