Best bowl of Pho I’ve had in San Antonio! Owners are incredibly kind and the food and service is always great

Absolutely amazing food, peach tea was perfection, Pho was even better! Service was spot on. The owner even came out to chat, and serve the food. Super great guy!

HORRIBLE!! Wish I could give a negative review! I went to San Antonio for the weekend, and found this place online and saw the reviews so figured I’d order online for pick up their hours state 11am-8-45pm so I placed my order around like 810 and headed straight there with the pick up time saying 830 I get there around 820 and figured I’d go in and wait only to find the place completely CLOSED!! Yes CLOSED!! No sign on the door saying closing early nothing, call the number no answer. Meanwhile my card has been charged for this food that’s “supposed” to be ready for me to pick up at a restaurant that’s supposed to be open that’s not. I call the 800 number I found on the ordering website (luckily I found one cause it was only showing the stores number) call them and tell them was going and see if they can refund me as I am now out that money and still need to get food. They tell me “we will have to contact to restaurant and owner first to get your refund started” like ok how do you do that when the place is closed. Ok whatever, I give them the benefit of the doubt and they say they email when the refund is processed ok no problem. Fast forward to the next day, nothing, I call them again, they haven’t been able to get in contact with the restaurant or owner still and it’s Sunday so the restaurant is now closed so I get no answer when trying to call! So again I wait till the next day, check in with them, nothing, same answer, haven’t been able to get ahold of them, I wait till the restaurant opens and try calling the restaurant several times and the phone goes straight to voicemail, mind you this place is supposed to be open and has a phone just going straight to voicemail, weird, and now I’ve been waiting two days for a refund on food I never received being told I have to wait until they get in contact with the restaurant manager or owner! Now I am getting mad! So finally later that afternoon I received a email stating I was going to be refund finally! I was soo happy as the charge was still processing in my bank (like it had been for almost three days) so I’m think yes it will hopefully just refund and everything will be good to go! Right! Nope! I wake up the next day (after my refund is supposed to be “issued” and have fully been charged for this now!! I now have yet another message into them to see what is going on now as I am on almost day four of just trying to get my money back for something I never received! This has been absolutely ridiculous! IF YOU ARE GOING TO CLOSE YOUR RESTAURANT DOWN EARLY, OUTSIDE OF YOUR BUSINESS HOURS THEN SHUT OFF YOUR ONLINE ORDERING! And if you do not then make it right ASAP and return the customers money and not have them stuck waiting days and days like this with still not having their money returned to them!! You as a business owner would not like to wait days for a customer to pay you for your services right? So why make a customer wait days and days for their money back on services that were never delivered.

Probably the worst Banh Mi i’ve ever had. First of all, the meat was nothing but salty. It tasted like if they soaked the meat in salt water and placed it in the banh mi right after. Second, in their Banh Mi you won’t find the mix of sweet and sour flavor usual banh mis have with pickled radish and carrots. They just had raw julienned carrots, a slice of cucumber, some lettuce?? and cilantro with its stem… they didn’t even have the decency to pick the leaves off.

I'd give it no stars if possible. The pho was a bowl of water and vegetables. No matter how much housin sauce you added it still tasted like water. The friend spring rolls were soggy, nothing crispy about them. I feel I disrespected every Pho place I ate at by trying this one. Don't believe the pictures food looks nothing like that! I don't leave reviews but I had to take the time to warn others. They should close down and practice their food cooking skills some more!
Look at the immature response given. That is fine and all. I will use my platform along with others to spread the word of how bad your food is. Blabbing my mouth, everyone that has wrote their opinion on your food and given a bad review you comeback at with an angry response as if we are not allowed to say what we think of the service we received. Just say that you only want people to write what you want them to say.

It was the closest place to get food as we were next door at the bar for dart league. We were very glad we took a chance on this place. The food was delicious and the staff was awesome. We tried a little bit of everything. Fried rice, green curry, egg rolls, and pot stickers. All were great. We will be back.

Our waitress was also cashier and she still did a great job ? super nice very fast n just over all amazing. Was was good plate portions were a bit on the med size but still delicious. The Phos are good large sizes. Also very tasty ? the boba drinks were sweet n amazing. I had the Jazmin tea also great n tasty.
