Pho Sure Bistro has quickly become our absolute favorite restaurant in San Antonio. My wife, daughter, and I eat here at least two or three times a week, and every visit feels just as special as the first. The food is consistently amazing! I have yet to find a single dish that isn’t exceptional. Every plate reflects the authentic flavors of Vietnam, prepared with care, passion, and incredible attention to detail.
One of the highlights we always look forward to is their special dish each weekend. It’s a culinary surprise that never disappoints. Whether it’s a comforting bowl of porridge, a fragrant chicken rice plate, or one of their creative seasonal specials, everything tastes fresh, balanced, and absolutely delicious.
Beyond the food, the atmosphere and service make Pho Sure Bistro truly stand out. The staff are always warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind, they treat you like family. The owner often comes out to chat with guests, and it’s clear how much pride she takes in both her food and her community.
Honestly, I don’t understand how this place is rated only 4.7 stars. Some people are just too picky or not grateful enough to appreciate authentic, quality Vietnamese cuisine at its finest. For us, Pho Sure Bistro is a solid 10 out of 10! By far the best Vietnamese restaurant in San Antonio.

So I got the bang no “plate” it was a small sandwich and random frozen veg soup. The broth was good b it I didn’t eat the veggies had a strange taste. The bang no was good but small which was extremely disappointing since it’s literally a BISTRO. Open seating with casual setting, first date atmosphere and prices just DO NOT GET CALAMARI! The order I got seemed to be refried from earlier and it was dark brown super greasy and fell apart all over me. I wanna say it’s a good place but I need to try more food from them for a decision. Overall 6/10

what a huge disappointment. The restaurant felt like a sauna, per recent reviews seems ac has been broken for a while. The food was not good at all. I ordered pho and spring rolls, spring rolls were falling apart and rice paper was stiff, the pho just had a poor taste and had one small piece of beef, and large noodles vs the smaller rice noodles commonly in pho. I would not return here.

Have nothing negative to say. I ordered take out and I waited exactly the time she had told be. I was able to add some sauces before I headed out. I have never had glass noodles, but the whole plate together was superb! The flavors were amazing, especially with the yellowish, clear liquid they put in a small cup for you. I was iffy at first, but im glad I ended ordering from them. Next time I'm in San Antonio, I'll be going back 😊

This has been the best food experience we have had in SA. The staff was incredible and welcoming. The peach tea is some of the BEST I have ever had. The pho sure special pho for the price is absolutely a steal. The bahn mi was amazing as well. Unable to take pictures because we ate everything so quickly.
