Tasteless food. No spice. No sauces. Bland. It was awful

I had the B2 (being Pork vermicelli with spring roll) and a Vietnamse coffee. Loved both. The spring rolls were nice and crunchy. The vermicelli and veggies were all fresh. This is the dish I always try first at a Vietnamse restaurant. I liked this enough that I'd come back to try other things.

Server was nice, but the pho broth was incredibly bland. Quantity was very small-it was a kid's meal. Tendons in the soup wasn't soft enough. The rolls weren't impressive either.

This is the first and last time I come here. I ordered food to go - a pork vermicelli and a chicken vermicelli with egg rolls . There seemed to have been miscommunication because I received a pork vermicelli and another pork vermicelli with skins and no egg rolls.
I called and the young man serving tried to be helpful but the chef did not wsnt to fix the issue and said they would “fix it” by giving me a side or chicken and egg rolls and charge me for it. Note that the pork was placed on top of rest of the food, including the vermicelli so I couldn’t eat it.
I didn’t feel like arguing so I just bought another dish - the chicken vermicelli with egg rolls but told the young man it would be the first and only time I came here.
I don’t blame him - whether it was a mistake in his end, misheard me on the phone or whatever it could be. What I find appalling is the lack of flexibility of the chef to rectify the situation.
Maybe this is why this place was so empty… which only 2 tables out of 20 with patrons.
I’m not trying to convince you on whether you should come here or not, but telling you how the restaurant treats their customers.

We have been fans for ages but we are loving the new front of house staff. Jackson was lovely and helpful and we wouldn’t have known it was his first day if he hadn’t told us! Kid gives them noodles two thumbs up!
Never tried pho before, but a friend recommended and it was so much better than i expected! very good menu options and kind staff. I ordered pho (p7) which was a vegetarian option. It was delicious from the broth to the veggies. As well to note, they bring out bean sprouts, limes, and jalapeños on a tray that you can add on top.

Unfortunately I spent almost $50 on 2 vermicelli and 1 order of spring rolls, and a side of fried rice. The food was bland and basic. No sauces. No extra garnishes for the plate. I'm not coming here anymore. 😕

What's Pho without Thai basil? If yall were out of Thai basil it should have been told. The Pho was ok. It lacked something very important.. Thai basil. It was just chicken noodle soup.
I absolutely loved the char-grilled chicken vermicelli bowl and fried rolls.
Very nice young man learning the ropes that waited on us.

Service was good but the food is not worth it. As a Pho lover, it is so bland. The Lo Mein tasted like it was literally just noodles salt and pepper. It wasn’t gross by any means but definitely not flavorful at all.

Very spacious restaurant with a lot on their menu. Very reasonable prices and food was made quick to order. I especially loved interacting with Sophie who was able to answer all of my questions and had great mannerisms. Will definitely be coming back!
