Food is always on point, staff is cool and so is the owner and with that being said you can’t beat the prices for what your getting 10 out of 10 would

Food was either overcooked, the pork, or under cooked, the vegetables. Noodles ok, brought water to our table after we asked for it... one glass, not two!! Really?! We accidently left the take-home box there... to complete cooking the veggies, and when I called 15 minutes later, they threw it out!! How's that for customer service... never going there again, there are so many other restaurants to choose from- this one is off our list for a future meal!

This place used to be really good pre-Covid. Now the food had a really odd taste to it. It’s pretty bland, flavorless and again the food leaves an aftertaste. Had fried egg rolls and Pho. The pho came in a giant bowl with all the sides but not much noodles and meat. We used to order a few times per month but I would not go back.

Arrived home with the wrong order. Went back and they would not make it right. I ordered vegetarian pho and they gave me beef. Disappointing customer service.

We got the wrong food. Drove back over to get vegetarian pho we had ordered. They wouldn't make it good.
Ordered pho soup with meatball to dine in (pretty expensive), took long time to get my food (too much broth, not enough meatball), so I ate about a third of it and went up to the counter to ask for to go box. Went back to table within 3 minutes and food had already been cleared off table. Told them I only ate about a third of it, but they only offered to replace half an order in the to go box and they put way to few meatballs in it. This delay caused me to be late clocking back in at work. I will not be back.Parking: Very few spots in front of cafe

Wanted to try a new restaurant... was very disappointed.Came in ..I was told sit anywhere..so I sat in a booth but was never acknowledged. Had to ask for menu, gentleman was not friendly or maybe he had other things on his mind. Nevertheless I ordered Vietnamese egg rolls and Rice/Chicken dish... took forever and restaurant was not busy. Eggrolls finally came out they were ok ( nothing to brag about) my Rice and chicken finally came out. It started off ok until I took a bite and there was hair in my dish. I called over the server and he asked ( did I pull it out of my dish?) I replied YES. Not once did he or anyone apologize nor ask if they could bring me a new lunch... I was ready to leave. Leaving they still charged me for my lunch. So disappointing
