I’ve been here almost 10 times in the past year. Most of the time, the service is quick; last time there was only 1 server handling a lunch rush where every table was full. He was apologetic and a little frantic, but I assured him I understood and was happy to wait patiently. If you have somewhere to be and don’t want to chance it, order as takeout.

I got the pho combo. The pho was okay, too much green onion, the broth was not as flavorful as other broths iv tasted. on a scale 1-10, id give this pho a 6. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean.

Finding legit Asian food in Texas is already rough (outside of Korean bbq). Coming from the West Coast, it was surprising to find one of the best spicy beef stews I've ever had at Pho Win. Prices, customer service and food are on point.
