Went here today with my father. When we walked in there was no one to greet us or a sign telling us if we could seat our selves or not. We stood there looking around and decided to seat ourselves. We sat in our booth for a good 10 mins with no server, nothing. So we ended up leaving and was not impressed at all. My father talked about this place being good years ago but service was not there.

We recently celebrated my mother's birthday here and it was absolutely wonderful! The food was beyond yummy with such a huge variety of options - the egg foo young and mongolian beef were a fave of mine. The service was superior and I can definitely see why my mother, grandmother and uncle rave about Phoenix Chinese... The restaurant nicely held our large party and I cannot say enough about my experience. If you have not tried Phoenix - please give it a try because you are missing out on some great food at a great price by great people! ❤️

Did not like the soup or food from this establishment. My wife and son ate there and brought me home food from here. The restaurant did not put in the rangoons I ordered (but were charged for). The soup and food tasted really bad. One bite of the eggroll, one tastes of the hot and sour soup, and one tadte of their shrimp and I tossed it all in the garbage. One would think at what they charge for their food, it would taste really good. NO!!! It was the worst chinese food I have ever tasted. I really don't like to badmouth restaurants, but this is one place I would avoid at all costs. I gave them one star because there is no optin for zero stars.
