Piatti is one of my favorite “ go to restaurants “ in San Antonio. Menu is interesting, food preparation is great, service is always polite and efficient. Bar menu is also great. It is a great place to go to with friends on Sunday afternoon or after the work during the week.
We are already regulars at San Antonio's Piatti restaurants but our meal last night gave us more reasons to love this reliable, well managed spot for high quality Italian fare. We always have reservations but surprisingly they were needed at 7PM on a Friday evening.. odd .. but I guess it was a little quieter which is always a good thing. We had a party of 8 to celebrate an 84th birthday, and they printed “Happy Birthday” at the top of our menus. A very sweet touch. Our server was also phenomenal. She was just the right amount of attentive and super sweet.
