I recently visited Pitattis after receiving vouchers from their marketing team. We were excited to check it out, but unfortunately, it turned into one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had.

From the very start, our server (I don’t remember her name, but she had a pixie cut) came off extremely rude. When we asked if she could check with her manager to confirm whether we could use both of our vouchers, she sighed, walked away shaking her head, and clearly showed irritation. It felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming.

What made it more disappointing is that we were the only two guests in the restaurant at the time. You would expect attentive and welcoming service, but instead, the attitude continued throughout our visit.

There was also visible frustration when we asked to split the check. After checkout, she slammed our cards down on the table without saying thank you or acknowledging us for coming in. There was no appreciation for our business at all. It honestly felt dismissive and disrespectful.

The only positive part of the experience was the hostess, who was kind and professional. Unfortunately, the service from our server completely overshadowed the rest of the visit. It was just sad to experience.

I genuinely wanted to enjoy this place, but based on this visit, I wouldn’t come back to this location. I did truly enjoy the short rib pasta and just want to believe the other location will be better.

Perhaps we visited on a slower day, but the restaurant was quiet with only a few other tables occupied, nonetheless very clean with a good ambiance. Upon arrival, the hostess upgraded our table to a more private room than what was originally planned for us, which was a nice touch. The food was delicious. The entire party was raving about this spot and how we would all return soon as everyone thoroughly enjoyed their lunch! 10/10

Delicious food and wonderful service. We had the pizza and charcuterie board. First time but definitely not the last.

I was informed in advance via a message on Open Table that Patti can accommodate gluten restrictive diets. That even recommended the gluten free bread and dipping oil which is essentially a house made cauliflower pizza crust. Oddly, when I inquired about gluten free pasta options, our server informed up that there was only ONE portion available...not one type, one PORTION and that it was being held for a regular who usually orders it. Fortunately, our server appealed to the kitchen and I was able to have it????! We requested to split a Ceasar salad and we were informed that the chef prefers not to split but our server said he would inquire since it wasn't so busy yet. When our hostess seated us and pulled out my wife's chair it was FULL OF CRUMBS. I said out loud “crumbs on the seat” and the hostess laughed, attempted a humorous reply to my comment, and said “ I hate it when that happens” and we brushed off the crumbs. Also, the water carafe for our table had unsightly hard water deposits on the top. This was refilled twice without being switched out so apparently, this is not a high standard. Our server, Hector, was a kind young man. He was attentive and he did his best to accommodate us.

food was great...service was table...took forever to get salad, had to ask for food, had to ask for drinks, had to check on our order....not a busy day at all.... quite surprising for this restaurant...

From burrata to cioppino to braised short ribs everything was delicious. Finishing with the affogato and tiramisu capped a wonderful birthday celebration.

Really nice ambience. I did not like the high tables, felt like a sports bar! Until I sat at the table and it was totally fine. Sydney (server) was very pleasant and responsive. The food was very nicely prepared and the offerings were nicely sized. I went because of the restaurant week price fix, but the menu wouldn't allow that. So much good stuff to order and it was all very good.

Been to Piatti many times. I've loved it each time, but this time not so much. Somewhat disappointed in the price for the value ($25 for chicken pasta alfredo with less than 4 slices/chunks of chicken). The pasta in the alfredo dish was a *very* al dente GIANT macaroni pasta -- so basically we paid $25 for tough butter-milk-cheese pasta.

What really made my experience great was the service! Gave great advice on menu choices and was the best service I had

Everything about this place, is the place you wanna take your wife or girlfriend on a date. Ambience is quiet, dim, but not too dim and service and food are great. Very romantic.
