Company and wine were excellent. Service was average. Was surprised that the food was sub-par. Celery, SLICED meatballs and over cooked (maybe even days old) spinach in the italian wedding soup? More like a winter stew. Very cold in the booth ?. Overall, underwhelming experience. Probably won't be back.
There is no doubt that Italian food is delicious. I loved what I ate although it was not the dish I wanted, I ordered a different dish but they brought a similar one when I asked the lady said it was that one but the truth was it had different ingredients, but I enjoyed it, the place is beautiful for dinner with family or friends, super delicious drinks.
I've visited three times my now. I like the establishment. I always have. I've lived overseas for thirty years in Europe, having returned several years ago. I do know what Italian food tastes snd looks like. I like the plating of the pasta, it's done correctly. Pasta noodle is cooked as it should be. I am though puzzled by the so called sourdough bread.
