The gracious host plus scrumptious, perfectly prepared food saved the rating. Soo disappointed in the waitress behaving as if my Parkinson's-stricken friend was contagious plus leaving this very spotty water serving carafe on our table.
I hosted a small holiday dinner here with a few women from my Meetup group, and overall we had a lovely time. We started with the bread and oil appetizer, which was really tasty and a great choice since the kitchen was running a bit behind. I appreciated our server letting us know upfront that entrées might take about 30 minutes. I ordered two palomas, and they were absolutely divine. For my meal, I had the sweet potato crusted trout. I didn't get much of a sweet potato...
The appetizers were great. The main entrées were a bit under-salted and took a long time, and since the kids' meals came out well before ours, they were nearly finished by the time we were served.
