Our recent visit to PinStack was meant to be a fun family outing, but unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by the frustrating and poorly executed app system. Despite the heavy promotion of the app throughout the venue—from signage to staff recommendations—there was virtually no guidance on how to use it effectively. Staff seemed unfamiliar with its functionality, and we received no meaningful support or feedback when we struggled to navigate it. We spent over $220 during our visit, expecting to redeem points and enjoy the full experience. Instead, we wasted time trying to figure out an app that felt more like a barrier than a convenience. The 24-hour redemption window for codes is unreasonable, especially when paired with such a lack of instruction and follow-through. It added unnecessary stress to what should have been a joyful day with our family. After a week had passed, I reached out to see if PinStack would be willing to make things right. Unfortunately, despite speaking with multiple managers, no one was willing to take ownership or offer any form of reconciliation. It’s disheartening to see a business so focused on promoting a digital tool without investing in the training or customer support needed to make it usable. I’m sharing this review in hopes that it reaches someone who can make a difference. We’re not asking for the world—just a gesture that acknowledges the time, money, and effort we invested. A special offer or the points we were unable to redeem would go a long way in restoring our trust and encouraging us to return.

I had a wonderful experience at pinstack! brought my son to celebrate his 6th birthday. the atmosphere is very welcoming for adults, children and families! especially if your kids have a lot of energy. Bowling was a great experience. The food did come out slow but it was still enjoyable. Unfortunately we didn’t get very much points in the Arcade, an employee named Eliza informed us the green card swipers are the games that give out points. Helping us be prepared for our next visit and save money on half price games on Tuesday. My son was very upset about not being able to get a bigger prize, however Eliza allowed him to have a small ball from the bin for his big day. And this made his entire night! Thank you Eliza for the sweet gesture I will be coming back again!
My experience was amazing one of the main hightlights was the service and staff specifically Emmey(I probably didnt spell that right)she deserves a raise she was so nice, understanding, and helpful all at the same time #emmeythediva
Lots of fun. Good for a large group to relax and enjoy the company and games.
Bowling area is very horrible, the machines go down mid way. Rude workers in bowling area.
Decent games and great bowling
Had fun with the shop & did some team bonding. Good times good food & good drinks.
The staff were very professional with our service dogs; we will be back!
Fun place, but Emmy at the rock climbing and rope course station - beyond rude. She literally would hand me and my group the harness and equipment, then leave the station. Then she would return, and as we were trying to put on and use the equipment, she would get mad at us for not waiting for her. “This is why we wait” and “you guys are so impatient” are a few things she said to us. Her snarky attitude is insane. You don’t need to be happy with your job, but when a company pays thousands of dollars to hold a team bonding event at this location, being rude is a terrible look and fully unnecessary. The rest of the event went fine, customer service was great besides Emmy. But I can’t get over her attitude and her lack of instruction (which could get someone hurt).

Outstanding. Love to Bowl with family, friends and coworkers. Enjoy the friendly, safe, abs professional environment. PINSTACK is clean, fun, enjoy the outstanding staff, food and selection of drinks. This is my 2nd visit and planning on future visits always.
Fun place. A little pricey for us, but we stuck with just bowling and arcade. Had the automatic bumpers based on who was bowling, which is a great feature.
We went to the Pinstack in San Antonio with Ashton and a few of his friends, and it turned out to be such a fun day. We started off bowling, then spent some time in one of the party rooms, and the kids could not get enough of the bumper cars.
Ashton was locked in on the car driving games, acting like he was ready for a license. It was so funny watching him try to outdrive everybody.
The food was actually really good. The buffalo chicken wings hit the spot and the drinks were just right. The whole vibe was family friendly, but honestly I could see it being a cute date night too.
Definitely a place we’ll be coming back to.
Great place to just have fun and enjoy yourself
They only get 5 stars because of Louis. He answered all of our questions with ease and made sure our party was taken care of appropriately. No one else could bother to answer anything we asked. Thank you for making our night Louis! Excellent customer service.
