Food is not so good

Great atmosphere! Bartender was great !

My family and I came to celebrate my sister’s birthday. Our waiter Mario was awesome!! He recommended the perfect meals for everyone and the food was delicious! I got the pit boss meal and it was amazing! The large pizza had fresh toppings and was hot n crispy. I recommend this place week days so it not to pack and u can take part in the specials.

Arcade - Very underwhelming. There are more Redemption (E-Tickets games) and Merchandiser (Plush toys or Funko pops) machines than there are actual video games. I mostly spent my points playing video games. This place also offers Lasertag, Rockwall, Bumper Cars and High Ropes Coures, which are all fine for kids and teens.

Bowling - Personally, not much to be said. From what I heard, the lanes stop working sometimes, and I will admit, it did stop working on us once. The Spark Experience (interactive bowling lane) was pretty cool to see. Realistically, the only pro about VIP lanes is that there's a corner bar.

Food - I think its VERY ODD that this place serves food like Grilled Sirloin, Pasta, Seared Salmon, and Roasted Chicken. If I wanted to eat this kind of food, I would go somewhere that is meant to have this kind of food. Its almost like whoever set this menu up has no Kitchen experience at all. Anyways, I just got a cheeseburger with fires and it was okay, pretty simple.

Overall Experience - Trust me, you're not missing out. If you have the money to do all three above, then by all means go for it. If not, there are still cheaper, and better places to go to have fun.

Claen , friendly and helpful

Place is nice and was not crowded when we went in. The lady at the front explained everything to us and offered to help in anyway. Once we got to the bowling area, we paid for bowling and when the guy got ready to hand me my money back, I placed my hand out and he just pit the change on the counter and walked off. Then we ordered food but the service was slow. Food came out rather quickly but didn’t get our drinks for another 15 mins after the food. Ordered food at 3:15, but couldn’t get our bill paid till almost 4:30 due to no-one coming back to see us.

New Years Package is awesome deal!!! Couldn’t be happier with what was included for the price. Epic way to celebrate quality time with family!

Great venue for an 8 year old birthday party. The service was awesome, food and beverages great, lots of activities along with the bowling.

I truly believe a company shows its true colors when things don't go as planned. We decided to celebrate my daughter's 20th birthday here. It was somewhat of a last minute decision, but our family had been here before and enjoyed ourselves. We experienced a few hiccups with quoted wait times and our group was admittedly very frustrated or better yet, we were hangry 🤣 We did ask for a manager and let me tell you, Faith is a gem!! She went above and beyond to turn our evening around! She handled everything perfectly and we are so appreciative of her! Thank you for a great birthday for my girl. Pinstack ROCKS!!!

Loved it! Brought my kids and grandkids and they had fun.

Had pressed service on the bowling thing then someone came and said they would send a server.... well never got a server then pressed ot again after the group of gentlemen came finally got service then got disregarded by the server cause they rather tend to the gentleman in front of me and spouse than us that I lost interest in bowling and wanted my money back

Horrible experience with staff. Shortly after receiving food we had a staff member come and remove our food stating they needed the area for another company party. We stated we would leave but would like our food and they continued to stack our plates WITH food and removed them. We were helping move and get out of the way and we're rushed to leave and super upset to have paid for food just to have staff remove it and dispose of it. Horrible communicariom. It could have been a simple transition or staff could have assisted kindly to locate a different location for us to eat or complete the food that was PAID for. Overpriced arcade. Bland and mediocre food. Need more staff at the bar.

As far as a bowling alley and arcade it's ok. But the restaurant part is horrible. The wait was an hour, but dirty empty tables visible. I ordered burger with fried egg on top. Was cold and dry. Ordered Mac and cheese as side. As well as my son . The server told my son , it's not like homemade. We should have taken that as a warning. Inedible, first of all it was a corkscrew pasta with white cheese sauce, hard no flavor awful. We asked them to remove it. Server said I told you. My other son, I really don't remember his order, but he said I should of just ordered a burger. He didn't really eat his food. My daughter had wings, she said 7/10. The restaurant I also noticed was dirty , fries and old napkins on floors around tables. Go to play not to eat.

Fun and prices are very reasonable.
