First time ordering from this pizza hut location. Ordered Alfredo pasta and breadsticks (my go-to order and I've never had an issue) and was given cheesesticks instead. Ew. Not at all a fan of them. I've never had to check my order since it's pretty straightforward, but now, moving forward, I'll be doing so whenever I do place an order with any pizza hut just to be on the safe side. Pasta was good as always. Cheesesticks have too much cheese for my liking.
Employees are kind and attentive.
Nice and clean location to dine in. Sufficient parking is available.
Edit to add: 1/21/25 got my chicken Alfredo pasta and garlic bread sticks order correct. Breadsticks had a nice crisp in each bite. It could've used a bit more seasoning but delicious nonetheless.

I placed an order on October 19th and it was never delivered. I went back and forth with the door dash driver they outsourced my order to (I ordered directly from the Pizza Hut website) who for some reason wasn’t the person on the app and went to the completely wrong area then finally gave up on my delivery. I live literally 5 mins from the store by the way. When I talked to them at Pizza Hut on the 19th they agreed to cancel/refund since the driver was unresponsive. They never actually refunded me. I had to call back in two weeks later when I noticed and they were able to process the refund with a few clicks. BUT they didn’t refund my tip - so I was charged $42.99 on my card and refunded $35 and change. So Pizza Hut not only did a horrible job but they literally stole money from me. What a joke.

This location delivers with DoorDash. Every time a restaurant uses DoorDash my food gets stolen because you cannot track or contact the driver after they’ve stolen your food. DoorDash drivers also don’t have those sweet pizza warmers to keep your food warm while they make nine other stops.

Don’t use for delivery. They use door dash and then they blame each other for orders being wrong/late etc. So no one takes the blame and the consumer gets screwed.
Really terrible service. Rude staff put the pizza in the waiting oven and slammed the door instead of calling for the customer.

We usually go to a different Pizza Hut in the area, however decided to pick up dinner from here tonight due to it’s safer location. The quality is what you would expect from a Pizza Hut so no complaints there. However, the customer service was terrible. By the time I left, the line was out the door because the cashier took 5 minutes just to give me my icing and marinara sauce. Will be going back to the other Pizza Hut location that’s in a less safe part of the city but has much better customer service.
