Ordered pan crust on both of our pizzas included in one of the bigger bundles. Upon pickup the problem was addressed and manager assured both of us it was what we ordered. Guess What? Hungry family, with the aid from Red Cross finally had made it & were waiting at our home. We left the store with 2 pizzas served incorrectly. The sauces weren't available so we were given others to include the pesto sauce on the side because it was forgotten, I'm guessing. And let's not forget the BONELESS WINGS... I think the kids called them out. They said how are those SCOOBY SNACKS supposed to feed 2 of us. They were smaller than the pieces of pepperoni that did exist on our pizza. They were busy. We had hungry family waiting that are traumatized from watching

I was craving pizza, so I went to Pizza Hut. The cashier told me about the Hut Box with personal pan pizza, four chicken wings, and a 20 oz soda for $9.19. I ordered it, and it was really good. The pizza came with two toppings. Service was quick, and the food was served hot. I will definitely go back.

I placed an order on the app and the dasher stated she handed the pizza to me but I m very received it. I tried calling her and the store and no one would answer. Deapite just having .9 stitches in my leg I drove to the location. The manager said there was nothing he could do and ignored me for about 30 mins before I just left. I called door dash and they attempted to reorder it but the store manager cancelled the order. When DoorDash reached out to the store the manager said he would refund the order, but when they said they were going to connect me to the call for verification, he hung up. The refund was never made. Why people still use this location is beyond me.

I ordered delivery and did not receive it. When I called they would not even make my pizza if I went to pick it up because allegedly they had no record of my order despite me ordering through the Pizza Hut app and the charge appearing on my bank transactions.
I went to the restaurant with proof of order and Thomas would still not give me my order. He and his coworkers appeared methed out. I would not recommend anyone order pizza here as they’re clearly doing drugs.

The manager at this location is very rude and helpless. I placed an order online for carry out and when I got home I saw my supreme pizza had almost no toppings. I called the store to see what they could do to make it right and the manager said I HAVE to take the pizza back or he cannot help me. I don’t live close to this location and it’s very inconvenient for me to drive back and forth over the employees/management mistake. He said there is nothing he could do to help me and hung up the phone. I called 2 times and they repeatedly would leave me on hold on purpose. Worst management and customer service.

Ordered for carry out, had to wait inside for my food to be ready even though I was notified it was ready for pickup. My pizza and cheese bread sticks tasted rancid, as well as my chicken Alfredo pasta which was also watery and under portioned. Customer service has yet to reach back out after submitting multiple follow up request

We wanted pan pizza but was told by the manager that they had not prepared any pan pizza the night before.
We were asked what we wanted without seeing a menu. They also stated they did not have any specials going on.
It didn't seem like anyone wanted to cook. So, we left.
That explained why the parking lot was empty.
