I have been a customer at this particular location for over 35 years and never have I had a worst experience than I did today dealing with a new manager named Mario. I placed an online order, I made a simple mistake on it, immediately I called the location to ask them to fix it, 35 to 40 seconds had barely gone by. I was told they don't fix orders then they said it's already in the oven, I'm sorry, even on my best visit in 35 years they had never been that fast to prep a pizza and put it in the oven. I asked who the manager was, Since I am familiar with George who runs the location great and never has any problems. I was told the manager wasn't there, HELLO, not what I asked, I asked who the manager was. So I went there to get my order, part of my order were cheese stcks, I was given a mess in a paper bag, they usually come in a medium pizza box, Mario guaranteed me this was a new way they were serving the cheese sticks, see the attached picture. This guy needs to be fired for lying to the customers and trying to put me in my place for questioning him. I called 3 other pizza huts in the area, all of them said they serve their cheese sticks in medium pizza boxes. I will follow up to ensure Mario doesn't have the ability to ruin someone else's food. He is an embarrassment to Pizza Hut and to all the great people who work there.

This is my first time ordering pizza hut in quite a while and I have craved a nice supreme pan pizza... The first pizza was half raw and the dough felt like a gummy half baked texture. The veggies looked and tasted uncooked. The bell pepper was literally crunchy. The pieces were barely cut into pieces that you could pull apart, I will post pics.The delivery lady was the BEST part of my encounter...So I called spoke to someone who said she was sending another pizza out and it could take a hour, at this point I'm still wanting pizza.So a little bit less then a hour later a delivery guy showed up and was nice until I told him this is a pan pizza it's thin like a hand tossed??He tells me sorry as he is walking away and that he just delivers them he doesn't make them.Rude!?!At least the 2nd pizza was actually baked all the way through, and the veggies were edible... But the pizza was barely warm????!I didn't call back after waiting again.I'll not be recommending or craving this again for a very very long time.2 hours of my time wasted... And $25 for 1 crappy pizza and 1 pizza that had 2 slices ate cause it was cold.If I wanted to have to cook my dinner I would have saved my money and used my time on something that was that disgusting.What has happened to the quality and the heat over there?

Order take out, pizza was raw in the middle. The pizza wasn't cooked long enough for the chesse to melt. What a waste, never again!!!!!
