Greeted with a cashier guy that looked sloppy wiping his forehead and was right away asked if for dine in or carry out we said dine in. He said what do yal want? Side note: there’s no menu posted anywhere so I asked is there a menu we can look at ? He pointed and two pieces of paper on the counter and walked away. It was awkward and weird to the point we just left. Very disappointed as Pizza Hut as my son said the king of pizza places but apparently not anymore. Please do better

The dine in pizza experience has nearly become obsolete. Everyone is looking for that instant gratification and to go experience. I’m happy to see that is not the case here. The energy the team brings, specifically Ms. Quinchelle, was so refreshing! The team was hustling to get those Friday night orders out and still cater to their dine in customers.
They’re running some great Summer specials $10.00 three topping Large Pizzas.

I order a pizza and got delayed for 1 and a half hours, my girld where crying and i canceled it. They charged me for the pizza even though in the app showed that the delivery time where 10 minutes and i didnt recived it. So i pay for the pizza and didnt get it i supose they wanted me to wait for it until midnight.

Giving it 5 stars because the girl at the cashier quinchelle was very happy to help us, even though she clearly was up to her head with orders. It’s rare to see an employee that is under staffed with a full house and still providing an upbeat service and positive attitude . It was refreshing. Thank you.

what happen to pizza hut. I havent been to one for over 10 years and seems like completely different considering i also work for one about 15 years ago for a year. I ordered a pan pizza and the crust have no burnt... doesnt seem to have no oil/grease which is what makes the pan pizza the best.

Super good pizza! My only complaint is the ranch flight you have for the special pizza barely had any ranch in it for my whole family to try. 2 out of the 3 were filled less than half way which is extremely disappointing. I tipped as well. It would be nice to get more bang for our buck! Please make sure the ranch flights are filled up because paying full price and getting less than half of what I paid for isn’t cool.

Showed up to pick up my pizza and we started eating in the dining room. After starting to eat our pizza the workers kicked us out and told us that the dining area was closed… there was no sign to indicate we couldn’t use a table and nothing online or on the door to indicate that either. The workers also want to kick us out and tell us after we already started eating. It only takes a couple seconds to wipe off a table as well so it was very bad service to kick us out like that as well. Either they need to put up a sign and make it clear that the tables are closed while the counter is still open or the workers need to stop being too lazy to wipe off a table. Horrible customer service and very rude to kick us out like that. Especially after spending a fortune on their overpriced food.

Black people stay away. They are racist. When we walked in to dine in, they stated that we could not sit down …meanwhile other people were sitting down enjoying their food. My family and I immediately walked out.

Place is good friendly service place is clean & always feel welcome by this black lady that works the register always with a smile & that's great service I come from time to time with my family here & we love it we plan on coming here for great quality pizza in the years to come wish I could remember that workers name but me & my wife like her can do attitude she definitely deserves a raise.
