🚨 NOT RECOMENDEF AT ALL, THEY MADE ME WAIT FOR ALMOST AN HOUR TO GET NY ORDER AND WHEN I WAS FINALLY GOING TO EST THEY HAD GIVEN ME THE WRONG ORDER! 🚨
The manager Rebecca (Karen) was very rude regarding DoorDash. Her own employees also stated she is very rude and disrespectful.
This refused, according to the manager, my refund because she said her franchise owner does not approve of refunds! Why kind of crap is this? I am deeply dissatisfied with this location. They took well over the time given. They were directed by an ill-fitted manager and it showed. For a company to refuse a refund even when they know they have screwed up... that’s just bad business. STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.
