I’m sure corporate doesn’t care about this franchise judging by all the bad comments thus far but I have to say this is arguably the worst Pizza Hut I’ve been to in the US. The manager was making all the pizzas for delivery and walk ins, one on the register and one seemed to be learning the job on a busy Saturday. Trash on tables, orders nearly an hour wait… clear mismanagement by the franchisee trying skim extra profit. SMH.

Manager miss Anna is very rude to her employees and customers everyday they have an attitude with their employees when I called the store I was hung up in my face trying to resolve something with one of their employees not being able to make it to work due to health conditions and being in the hospital something needs to be done their management skills suck they yell at their employees there’s also mold growing in their building

I ordered online this morning to pick up lunch. I redeemed a coupon for a free flatbread with purchase. When I went to pick up my order the shift manager as she quoted herself, was no help at all. She wanted to charge me the full amount stating that the price she had on the order is what I needed to pay, there was another customer having the same issue. Thanks to her laziness I wasted time driving there to walk away empty handed, she told me to call the call center for help. That’s really bad customer service, I’m not sure what her manager told her but I won’t be ordering from your location anymore. Thanks for taking away my coupon now I can’t use it again to place the order elsewhere. Also for wasting my lunch hour, terrible service.

Great pizza, app was accurate to completion time for pickup. The dining area was empty.
Cook wasnt wearing any gloves and was preparing the dough not sanitary at all only seen one person wear gloves in the back our of three cooks.

The employees here work extremely hard!! They all deserve a raise. Each time I order from here I have to wait a very long time! That’s not a good thing but they are very busy and they are all working very hard. The pizza is good and fresh, just prepare to wait!
