We arrived 1 hour before they closed and they told us that we could no longer eat there, we had to take the pizza…It was the only thing I didn't like because there was still a long way to go before they closed, but the pizza was delicious

Charged me extra bucks for original crust which is ironic how is original extra lol anyways just seemed to be more dough less flavor. Rest of pizza good. Pizza hut still one of the best. Just seem to remember better crust.

My wife, our son and I watch UFC Fight Night every Saturday, and it would not bethe same without pepperoni pizza, bread sticks, and lemon-peppered chicken wings from Pizza Hut, salads and brownies from Bill Miller, and cold Coca-Cola!Saturday only comes around once a week, so we fill it with gusto!

Employees are not too friendly. Arguing who should get registered in front of customers. Really do that in low voices and not blirting it out so loud. It made me feel uncomfortable and not want to purchase my order at the time, but I had kids to feed, so I went on ahead and paid for my order and got out of there quickly.

Placed an online order at 6:15pm. The confirmation email said it would be ready at 6:30. I arrived right at 6:30, and the first thing I noticed was the smell it's almost a sewage smell. I believe it was the manager who was at the register talking with either another manager or employee about new policies. She cashes me out, but doesn't check on my pizza she just keeps talking. I wait around 15 minutes and in that time at least three other orders walk in, pay and receive their food. It wasn't until after who I assume is the manager scolds an employee after dropping a pizza does she check on my order. It's been ready the entire time I've been waiting, sitting in a warming bag. She hands me my pizza and a half hearted apology and offers me a 20oz soda. I declined and accepted my lukewarm, soggy box of pizza. Pizza was ok, but I am just disappointed with the overall experience.

They act like they don't want you there. No buffet, can't give you ice, not welcoming at all. Was so much better before covid. Now, only the pizza is still decent.
