Ordered pizza online, tracker stated out for delivery , an hour and half went by no pizza. I called and they said they just left with my pizza 5 min ago. So basically either they forgot my order or my order was sitting there for over an hour getting cold. Requested refund ! Will not order here again .

We ordered in the store for carry out. (Note to self and anyone reading) Check YOUR ORDER! They will get it wrong, and then not offer you a refund, but you can physically drive the 50 min it took you to get home and go back to show them their ERROR, and they will get the right order for you. We ordered a meat lovers pizza and came home with a cheese pizza! Seriously! Tried to call to resolve the issue and got the run around and a "Manager" with an I can't do anything attitude. The customer service number is not even located in the same location. Pizza Hut I know you're global but is this what you want for your customers! Corporate, someone has to do something! You're losing customers.

I order two edge pizza's. They had some kind of seasonings on them. They were not good. Like they dump the hole bottle on them. If I wanted the seasonings on them I would have asked. Don't put stuff on people's pizza's unless you ask..

Overcharged for TRASH. Went in for promotion that's for 20.99 and came out to almost 40 bucks ?? Like calling it a fucking " glitch in the system " and got the order complete wrong missing items, rude ass manager and slow employees. Don't come !!! Go to little ceasers or something . I'd give it ZERO stars tf.

I don't know what happened over the years but the service is way to slow and they don't tend their customers anymore. Perhaps it's the new employees they spend more time laughing and talking they actually forget peoples order it takes like 20 mins to get a waiter and a full on HOUR to serve your food and even then they messed up your order. So if your a person who is really hungry you could get quicker and better service at a gas station then here. That's why I want to give it zero stars but it's says "please select a star rating for this business" so I gave it one star.
To be fair, chose the place, because, it was getting out of the house and I figured it would be mostly empty. Pro: Pizza was hot and good. Con: Filthy dining room. Salad was watert ice berg and purple onions. My shoes stuck to the floors. The tables were dirty. 12:30 Saturday afternoon, of mostly to go orders, it felt t like the dining room was neglected for days.The wait guy was nice, but did not wear a mask. We are vaxed, and I dont want someine "Fight Clubing" our food, so I didnt say anything. Conclusion: The staff were clearly startled at having dine in customers, despite the sign outside adverting the dining room was open. We were the only dine-in customers and were there for at least an hour. Had the guy been wearing a mask...might have added a star. Don't see myself returning anytime soon.

I've had to call 3 times to just get someone on the line to try and understand what it's almost taken an hour and a half for my order to be delivered. I understand there maybe high volumes of orders or not many drivers but can your customers at least get a courtesy call?? Very dissatisfied at this point.
