This was the most dreadful experience I've encountered. I ordered the My Hut Box containing a main dish and a side, but my main dish was never delivered. I sought a refund to reorder due to hunger, again I was given solely the side dish, missing the main course both times. I visited the store in hopes of resolution, I received no assistance, being instructed to return and confront the uncooperative General Manager, who wouldn't address the issue over the phone while I was in his store. I then contacted the corporate office which proved futile, as I was redirected back to the unhelpful store and a chatbot, which diverted the matter to the same unresponsive leadership at the store. The customer service at Store number 041722 is utterly abhorrent! Below shows what my hut box is supposed to contain, what I actually received both times, and both of my receipts as well as the refund I received to be able to place the second order.

My orders are always correct except last night, and I’ve been coming here for years. This is my favorite pizza out of all the pizza places Last night. I ordered two large pizzas and breadsticks. One pizza was supposed to have three toppings and they forgot to add toppings. I worked late so I was too tired to go back.

The buffet is very small with limited variety readily available. There was no salad available at 1230pm. And the food was not as great quality as you expect from Pizza Hut. I love they are offering buffet but it is hardly that. The employee there was really nice and attentive.

Terrible experience. This is what a $26 6-topping pizza looks like. Overcooked cheese, old toppings, and a tiny amount of toppings. I could have gotten the same at another Pizza Hut by ordering 3 toppings. There should have been more cheese, too. Don't waste your time or money at this location

We went to San Antonio for the weekend and on Sunday the 26th we went in for dinner. Damone our server was so courteous and had very good customer skills. His personality just made it a very good experience and want to thank you Damone.The Medina family.from New Mexico.thank you for great service.

I ordered 2 medium pizzas with pepperoni & sausage, one thin crust, & one pan crust. I received both pizzas with the original hand tossed crust. I called the store to inform them the pizzas I paid for were wrong instead one of the employees insisted that “he knew what he sent out”. I told him I understand but I also know what I received. I can send a picture if you like. He said let me get my manager. The manager ALICE gets on the phone &is automatically extremely rude. I told her what happen & her automatic response is she knows what she sent out , & that I was calling her a LIAR. The audacity to even speak to a paying customer this way when I was not rude to her, she than said “WHATEVER SHELL RE MAR THEM” at this point I hung up & declined anything. It’s impossible to get in touch with any one higher than. The worse experience and service ever !!!
I was surprised to learn that this Pizza Hut still holds a lunch buffet. I had to check it out and it did not disappoint. Plus, I was able to put in a personal request for the buffet line. The food was delicious. The establishment was very clean. The staff was extremely courteous and Crystal (my server) took very good care of me. Plus, I was grateful that this business honors a military/ veteran discount. I will be back to enjoy some more of this Pizza Hut in the future.

Came to this location for dine in due to the one on bandera giving us horrible service and attitude from employees. Jose was our server here and was attentive and helpful with ordering, making our experience great.

Going by the first impression outside of the building gives you a terrible terrible vibe. I took some photos of this establishment and to tell you the truth it looks like this place was hit by a tornado and just left like that. I wonder if the place outside looks really bad How would the interior be?…. For example, the cleanliness, Sanitation, employees And everything that comes with it. If this place would be on the far north side I don’t think it would be looking like the way it looks. I really wonder how this place passes inspection every year because if it looks like junk on the outside, wonder how things are going on the inside. this gives a really bad image to the owner and whoever manages this place I do not recommend coming to a place that looks like this!!
