Poor service. The man at the register did not want to be bothered. Resteraunt very dirty and a poor representation of Pizza Hut. I do not recommend.

Im sorry, but apart from being one of the worst looking pizza huts, the food was not good. My wife ordered online, and when we got there, the dryer was not working, and they refused to refund her the money. We had to wait for the dryer to start working again, which it did, but we had to wait about an hour to get our order.

Worst Pizza Hut I’ve Ive ever been too! Spend your money elsewhere. Placed order in person and it person and I was literally the only Customer in the Dining Area. There was 2 orders before me so not a lot of pizzas in the oven. Some min. Passed and They got swamped with orders so I asked the Lady with the lip piecing how much longer for my order she said 5 min. Mind you I have my kids in the car with the ac on because I didn’t think the order was gonna take as long as it was. I was in between jobs about to go to my other job and needed something for the kids. While I was waiting not one of the Employees were communicating with each other the oven got full and my thin crust pizza got pushed out and fell on the floor. Mind you she grabbed the thongs to pick up the pan on the floor and didn’t wash it off 🤮. The lady with the lip piercing screamed for another remake and when I asked if that was my pizza she said yes so then I had to wait another 10 min for my pizza to be made. The level of unprofessionalism from Micheal and the other Lady who looks 50years old is ridiculous. Waited almost an hr. For my order. Do not come here unless you want horrible service and attitude. Save the headache and go elsewhere

This was my worst experience at a Pizza Hut ever. I just ate a raw chicken wing. And they gave me a pepperoni instead of meatlovers.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I ordered two pizzas and when the DoorDash delivery person arrived, an entire pizza was missing. When someone finally answered the phone, I was told it would take an hour to get the other pizza because they were understaffed. I then called a second time to see if I could get a refund and was told it was on the way. After waiting an hour after the second phone call, I called back asking for a refund. He said the manager would have do speak with me but was too busy and would call me back. I was then hung up on. Will definitely never order here again.

Ordered a Meat Lovers with thin crust. Told it would be a 15 minute wait. Proceed to wait 35 minutes only for them to bring us a supreme pizza that we didn't check until we got home (our mistake). Do NOT go to this location.

My pizzas are always delicious. Short staffed....I walked in and wasn't greeted for over 20 minutes...employees in back I guess prepping pizzas....my order was over 30 minutes past time scheduled to be ready. I understood about my order being late due to short staff BUT I should have been greeted or acknowledged. Entry door has a ringer plus they saw me standing there waiting.
No wonder they have bad reviews, thought my order will be different but disappointed. These were my hot wings, trash. Pepper only on one side on the lemon pepper ones. Absolutely terrible, I will never recommend this location.
