We stopped here after school with my kids. This was the best cheese pizza from Pizza Hut we have ever had!! We always ask for easy sauce as we have some tomato sensitivities. The amount of sauce to cheese ratio was absolute perfection!!! We decided to eat in after ordering to go and although it was dead inside, we still got checked on periodically. We will definitely be back!

I ordered pizza for delivery by phone and driver took so long I called on location and they said they don’t have drivers they sending my pizza by door dash and dasher took so long to find me and finally I got pizza like dead and cold

First of all they couldn’t break my 100 bill. Then when I asked if I can have peppers and cheese. They wanted to charge me 99 cents! I would be able to pay if you would have broke my 100 bill. Place is dirty, staff not wearing hair nets. Disgusting location, most likely never gets clean.

This Hut location used to be our go-to place but not anymore. The speed of service and the food quality as well has gone downhill very rapidly. Moreover, for my last three curbside pickup orders I had to go into the restaurant to get the food after 10-15 minutes waiting in the parking lot. Very disappointing recent experiences at this location. We have started ordering at the Tezel Rd location and are very satisfied with that Hut location.

I ordered the chicken pasta, yall changed the recipe. Had no favor, can’t really taste the Alfredo sauce. Need to go back to when it first came out. Used to ordered it all the time.

Manager does not answer the phone, ever. Delivery driver called to tell us he was at the door, we walk out and don’t see anyone. He refused to answer our return our call.

I places a pre-order 3 hours in advance thinking that it would arrive on time. It arrived 30 minutes late and cold and when I tried calling the store, they never anseered. I asked the driver if he can take my cell so that his manager can call me and he said no. That the pizza had Just came out of oven but that he had other deliveries. Ahhhh, pizza would not be cold cheese would not be hard, and it should of been here 30 minutes ago. And the location on 8757 Grissom in San Antonio 78251. They never anseered so they get a zero star for customer service.

I made an order they say they were. They’re going to deliver and the pizza has not gotten here. 12:29 That really sucks. My kids are super hungry.

I scheduled the delivery order at 7pm and I specifically indicated that I wanted a contact-free delivery. They can leave the order at the door. First of all, they delivered the order at 6:15pm. That's 45 minutes early. Glad that I got home in time for that. Second, the driver knocked on my door when there is a doorbell. I motioned him to leave my order at chair at my front porch. The guy looked at me confused. I then said to him, "contact-less delivery". To which he said, "no ingles!" If you have no intention to honor a contact free delivery, why do you even bother offer such option?!!
