The customer service here is terrible. The lady in the front ( old blonde ) is really rude and has no patience. Was yelling at her co-workers . Bad experience overall will not be back here. DON’T RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION WHATS SO EVER !!!

If you are not hungry for about 1.5 hours after ordering and want just warm pizza, order inline and get this Pizza Hut pizza ordered. If you want to try and call the establishment and get put on a loop of automated holds, just to get looped back to the same auto robot call, order from the Pizza Hut. If you have nothing but time and are not hungry, order from here for delivery. If you are, go pick it up yourself.

They messed up my order and after calling and talking to the employee they said they’d add a free order of what they messed up on since I couldn’t go back. It’s been about 2 weeks and I just came to order and redeem the free item and they never added it. Just wanna point out that I paid more for what I ordered than what I got. Just frustrating, make sure to triple check your order before leaving because after you leave they’ll just take your money & not fix the problem.

I ordered pizza from this location and when I recieved my pizza and wings my food was entirley cold. My pizza was made wrong. It was supposed to be pepperoni and extra italian sausgae, but it was only pepperoni. It took the delivery guy 45 mins from when he picked my order up to deliver my food when I live 10 mins from this location. I then tried calling the store 5 different times to speak with a manager to address this issue and no one ever answered the phone, but when I tried going through the line to make a order they immediately answered. I then asked to be connected to a manager no one ever answered the phone. Worse experience ever. Exactly why I hate ordering from Pizza Hut.
No fountain drinks for dining in. Brought our food in the to go box. Pizza tasted like cinnamon from a pan that was previously used for their cinnamon squares. The staff is rude and the restrooms were disgusting. The entire time we were eating, no one checked on us, the staff was cursing and being loud in the kitchen.

The reason for 1 star is NONE of the employees were wearing gloves! The ladies that were making the pizzas opened the freezers, cashed out costumers , opened up new bags of cheese and NEVER washed her hands! To her credit she was very nice and working fast. I paid for my large pizza but didn’t eat it! I only ate the wings

We stopped here after school with my kids. This was the best cheese pizza from Pizza Hut we have ever had!! We always ask for easy sauce as we have some tomato sensitivities. The amount of sauce to cheese ratio was absolute perfection!!! We decided to eat in after ordering to go and although it was dead inside, we still got checked on periodically. We will definitely be back!

I ordered pizza for delivery by phone and driver took so long I called on location and they said they don’t have drivers they sending my pizza by door dash and dasher took so long to find me and finally I got pizza like dead and cold
