Don’t waste your time or money at this place. The manager literally sit on the phone arguing with me about how wrong my pizza is and I have right in front of me pay extra money for extra stuff did not receive the service that I wanted. Do not go to this place. Very rude customer service unfair staff. Wish I could get corporate’s number so I can let them know how their management team is. I will be looking it up soon.

Awful customer service, Awful manager that I spoken too today. My order supposed to be delivered at 2pm as I requested detailed but they delivered around 12 noon, the party will start at 2:30pm I want it to be delivered by 2pm. And the manager told me once the order received they have to make it without looking at the order details when to be delivered. And for the manager that I spoke too you shouldn’t make a laugh gesture over the phone if you’re feel sorry about it. I talked nicely to you maam.
On more than one occasion this location has taken over an hour to deliver our pizzas. Each time I have had to contact the restaurant to get an update on delivery. Worst service.

Estimated delivery was 7:31. Pizza arrived at 7:51. Pizza was cold and order was incorrect. 1 was to be thin crust and the other hand tossed. Both were thin crust. Very poor service.

I ordered a pizza online.... supposed to be ready in 15 minutes. I arrive 20 minutes later for the pizza to not even go in the oven yet. The lady working on Nov 4th 2025 at 1145 am was rude and nasty because she's the only one there... I won't be back to my neighborhood pizza hut anymore... avoid this dump.

I am furious with Pizza Hut after what happened this past weekend. I placed an order at 9:24PM and did not get my food until 11:17PM. The app told me it would be delivered no later than 10:13PM. That was fine, but when 10:13 came and went with no pizza, I tried to cancel and it was impossible.
The phone number sends you to a call center where the reps barely speak English, and they try to connect you to the store only to hang up. When I finally did get patched through, the store would not answer. And the one time they did, they literally picked up and hung up on me without me even saying a single word.
I used to be loyal to Pizza Hut. Once a month we would place a huge order for my business. After this experience, they have lost me as a customer. Completely unprofessional, unreliable, and flat out disrespectful. I will be avoiding Pizza Hut like the plague.
