It's a small place and there were not customers inside, a man did acknowledge me and went to get cashier. Cashier did not look happy when the man called her, she took my order said it would be 18 minutes. I went to wait in my truck and saw cashier walk out with and order to a car parked behind me. Cashier spent about 10 minutes talking outside with them, went back inside the the store, came back outside and passed right by me and spent another 5 minutes talking with the people in the car again. Came inside once she saw me coming inside for my order. Someone else gave my order.

Pick up excellent time. The pizza was tasteless and the website showed purple onions on the vegetarian but they were white or yellow. Totally disappointed. I gues im back to PaPa Johns.

I only order from Papa John’s (also on Tezel). This is my first experience ordering from Pizza Hut and it wasn’t for me. I was picking up for someone else. They ordered the pizza at 7:20 in the app. Pizza was supposed to be ready at 8:15. I got there at 8:05. They couldn’t find the order and then they told me it would be an additional 15 minutes. It was ready at 8:20. The person who placed the order said yeah they never have it ready on time. Why would you keep coming here?!?
I’ve never had this at Papa John’s. I order in app. It’s ready in 15 minutes. Rush hour, morning, late at night, always ready in 15. And the tracker in the app has never not worked. I know exactly when my pizza is ready.
While I don’t eat Pizza Hut, I’ll never eat Pizza Hut even if Papa John’s goes out of business. And it’s cheaper. Do better Pizza Hut.

I Ordered my pizza through their pizza hut app at 9:40 pm. It’s 10:40 and we just got our pizza. And that’s because we picked it up. The youngman said it takes 7 mins to cook. Told him we’ve been wait for over 45 minutes. Comes to find out…. Our pizza was not in the oven yet. In fact it was not busy so there were no pizzas in the oven. Told him I wanted to cancel my order. He asked me to wait 7 minutes. I walked to the counter at the 10 minute mark and he avoided me. Then he pulls out my pizza early from the oven and proceeds to give it to me. When I got home our pizza was still raw and chewy. Called them immediately but I got a recorded message that they were closed. Now I have to call tomorrow.
I should have cancelled when I had the chance.

This place employs incompetent staff. My pizza is never ready even though app says it was ready 10 minutes ago! Then when you ask for void on sale, they take an additional 10 minutes to do a simple refund that takes 4 seconds elsewhere. The manager then makes me feel like it’s MY fault the pizza is not ready. They will not provide a copy of refund stating he couldn’t print it! Zero poops on even getting an apology.

I’ve ordered from here probably over 50 times since moving to this neighborhood several years ago. I’ve never had them deliver it so I can’t comment on that aspect. However they have never got my order wrong and they’ve never burnt or undercooked my pizza. So 5/5 from me! Everyone inside the store is always nice, prompt, and clean.

Delivered exactly on time, hot and beautifully prepared. A long time ago in ancient history I was a shift manager at Pizza Hut. I can tell you I would have been proud of the way those pizzas were made. The pepperonis were laid out appropriately, there were enough toppings that you got all of it in every bite. And best of all, whoever was saucing didn't do that thing where they push down too hard and shove all the sauce to the crust, which is something that drives me wild. The sauce was consistent underneath the cheese throughout the entire pizza. Kudos to you guys. I would have taken pictures of your beautiful pizza but I was very hungry and so were the kids so it's gone. You'll just have to take my word for it. It was glorious pizza.

I've been a loyal customer for about 20 years, and my family always enjoys the food.
Ordered a large cheese pizza hand tossed and when we arrived we were given what looked like a medium. Smelled delicious even though we thought the order was smaller than a large. A few minutes went by & we received a phone call from the store mgr who said that they had run out of large pizzas but to compensate wanted to offer us 2 mediums (1 pd while the other free). We thanked her for her gracious gesture. It was delicious & the mgr went beyond. Thanks!

App said order is ready with a confirmation email saying the same.After an employee told me my order was "half ready" another one told him "it's gonna be a minute I'm just starting it" and the first employee claimed the order "just popped up".I then asked to speak who a manager who said nonchalantly "well the online system is never right anyway so don't bother with that" yet had no excuse for why the food was just being started.The only thing efficiently done was the refund with no customer care just transactional.Can honestly say I'll never come back to this location and I understand why it's so lowly rated before my review.

I order 1 large pan pizza half pepperoni & half ham & pineapple. I got 2 medium pan pizzas, one with ham, pineapple & pepperoni. The other was just cheese.

Worst delivery and customer service. Delivery order was 20 minutes late. I called the restaurant and spoke with a rude lady who seemed like she’s been having a bad week. Get a call from the delivery driver who is lost within the apartment complex (I get it. It does happen.). Claims to have found the right apartment. I waited another 3-5 minutes and call the driver back because he had yet to arrive at my door. He stated he was right outside my door which was a lie because I was outside my door. He was at the wrong unit in which I had to go look for him. When he gave me my order, the security tapes were not sealed and my food was squashed in the boxed. Called the store again to leave a complaint and the same rude lady just hung up on me.
