Do you like your food put on the ground, on top of dead bugs, before the delivery driver rings the doorbell? Do you like to be told you’ll receive a refund for bug pizza, from a rude manager, but after almost a month you have to chase down your money? If so, this is the pizza place for you! Was really happy ordering from here for a while before this happened, but the poor service after being a frequent customer was very disappointing. When food costs more, and it isn’t really edible, companies should back their product so we feel safe paying.

There was a low spell.However, the last few times we went the pizza has been cooked perfectly with no errors and tasting fantastic.

Poor customer service / attitude of the woman at the register. I wasn't greeted when I entered (I was the only customer in the store at that moment), she only asked for my name. Also to mention I was never thanked for my business. I tried their flat bread pizza which was ok but I wouldn't order it again. The overall experience was disappointing as it had been in the past, I won't be returning to this location.

We only choose to order from this location because the customer service here is way better compared to the closest one to our house.They are always very friendly and quick with our carry out (:

I pre-ordered delivery for it to be delivered at 630 didn't get here until 655. I had noticed that I didn't place my one topping for my pizza so called at 445 to add the pepperoni first i waited in hold for 8mins. Hung up then called back. The girl who answered, started staying that there was no order for me, was i sure it was the correct one. Said yes I'm looking at the order confirmation, told her I have the order# if needed, she stated no we only have by name , then she states let me try your number. Oh ok then she finds it and says oh it's because it's for later I can't do anything, I told her I just need to add the pepperoni before it is made and delivered, then she proceeds to say can you do it online, I said no...it tells me that u have to call the location directly, then after oh I dint know, umm get me get my boss. Oh wait I got it I added pepperoni. Then of course I get the pizza late.. with no pepperoni. I should not have ordered at this pizza hut! Terrible customer service!!
