I want to order 10 pizzas (but) employees say he can’t make it 10 pizzas just 6 pizzas . So I just take 6 pizzas.

Refused to make my boyfriend's order even though it was placed over 10 min. Before closing and just made excuses why they didn't want to make the order even though they were technically still open and not even closed yet. Hours of operation say til 11 pm not 10:45 pm. They could have been honest and said they simply don't want to make the order that's all. Not make excuses.

Pizza Hut on Jackson Keller is fast and their food is fresh and piping hot.
Since a little boy Pizza Hut thin and crispy with extra sauce has held a special place in my heart. So when they mess it up like they did today it breaks my heart! The crust was burnt. They didn't put any sauce in my pizza. I even tipped them. smh Won't be going that way anymore.

Pizza has been inconsistent. Ordered a hand tossed and half of the pizza looked like a thin crust. The pizza also had little to no sauce. In this case, a little does not go a long way. lol

The staff(manager included) is by far the most aggressive and rudest staff ever! Avoid at all costs. It was a horrible experience to endure while picking up an almost $80 order. My kids and I were in the mood for Pizza Hut. Big mistake! Well this location is. I will not return to this location as I felt very scared and shocked at how they speak to customers. It’s not good for business and the way this world is it’s not good for safety. I’ll stay away. I would like for you all to please treat paying customers with kindness and respect.

Another place that no longer "deals with cash" for deliveries, because they would rather pay credit card fees. My bar orders from them around 200 times a year for delivery and always has paid cash, and tipped drivers VERY well. However they decided to pay a 3rd party delivery app, and stop using cash. All that extra money they are spending, they get it back somewhere...
Disappointed is an understatement.

WHERE’S THE BEEF???? And pork??? Ordered a pan Supreme. Looks like a pepperoni pizza which I would NEVER order without other meat. Should have come with beef and pork. I did find a few pieces of each but not even enough to fill more than a rounded tablespoon. Not happy.
