Food was delivered cold an hrs late. I tried to call several times to find out about my delivery only to be immediately hung up on. 2 times I waited for 20 minutes just for them to pick up the phone but then they would say can not hear you very fast then hang up. Never ordering from this store again.

I ordered pizza from the app. I've never been to this location before. The app is easy to use and there are always a variety of coupons to suit your specific need. I also thought the gluten free pizza choice was reasonably priced. However, I was disappointed to see how dirty and not taken care of this location is. I liked the nostalgic old appearance of the inside but it is clearly not being cleaned or properly managed and I would not trust eating food from a kitchen that looks like this. We will not be ordering from here again.

Jaimes (he made sure to spell it out for me) is probably the most horrible manager on this planet. Worse customer service I’ve ever experienced and then he tried to justify why my order was missing a pizza. Save yourself the grey hairs and terrible customer service from JAIMES. DONT ORDER PIZZA FROM HERE. Ordered 5 pizzas that were supposed to be ready at 9. I’m leaving the parking lot at 9:43pm. (yes, I’m writing the review in this parking lot because he got me that hot)

This is the last time we order from this location. Horrible customer service. No one answers the phone. Pizza was cold when it arrived. We gave it several chances, but the management is definitely not professional or reliable.

Saw alot of bad reviews so figured I would chime in I got 2 personal pizzas both extra sauce and extra pepperoni it being Tuesday and I tipped 1$ total was 6$ regardless pizza was 10/10 on flavor and freshness I should have got the name from gentlemen who helped me out but didn’t think bout it !

This store messed up my delivery online through their app. When I contacted the store, the manager was not helpful and hung up the phone on me when I requested a refund for the item that was not delivered. Do not order from this store.

Worst experience with a Pizza Hut location. Waited over 2 hours for delivery, spoke with manager who was very unprofessional during the experience. He explained that they had one driver which I even offered solutions including picking up order to help with situation. Once I arrived to the location was told my pizzas just left. Was finally offered a $20 credit to my order which I never received.
