The late manager on shift, Paul, I think was his name was beyond helpful when he assisted us with an order we needed changing at the last minute. One of the best customer service experiences I've had from restaurant management. Anywho, thanks for the smooth and courteous manner in which you remedied our concerns. Someone promote that dude.

Waited 40 minutes just for a large pizza and some wings went up to ask how much longer stated food was ready but didn't say anything cause they where busy never going back to this location again terrible service when arrived place was empty as if no one eats at this location tried calling manager 3 times kept getting hung up on wouldn't recommend this location to anyone employees are incompetent at this location and will just ignore you

I ordered a $10 pizza from one of Pizza Hut’s deals, and it was incredibly disappointing. The pizza was hard, stale, and completely lacking in flavor or moisture. It’s clear it had been sitting under a heat lamp before I even ordered. It wasn’t hot or fresh when it arrived. Paying customers deserve quality food and respect, regardless of whether they use a deal or not.

Don’t recommend. Ordered 4 personal pizzas on the app. Waited an hour after I arrived. About a dozen others also waiting. No one upfront to greet or checkin. We all just waited and waited. Never seen anything like it. When they did get their orders it was wrong lots of refunds. Poor lady on the oven. All alone no reinforcements. She couldn’t keep up. I wanted to jump back there and assist. Surprised she didn’t walk away. Customers kept asking her about their orders. Chaos. I met the GM the next day. Not a leader. Says because she wasn’t there. Companies you get what you pay for. Heard every excuse from her. Gave them one more try a couple of weeks later. No better. Made it easy ordered one personal. Only four pepperoni slices on whole pizza and undercooked. Don’t waste your money here. No Service or Quality Pizza Patron up the street 100 % better. Quality and Service. Try, you’ll see.

Terrible customer service! Took 2 hours for delivery, and the lady that answered the phone kept hanging up on me
They send you to a third party to order, Then, when you have questions about your order, they send you to the official Pizza Hut Location that dosent answer the phone and when they decide to answer, they hang up on you.
Took us 2 hours to recieve our order.
They don't even deserve 1 star!

I tried to speak to a manager or anyone from that store, but Richard kept saying I was calling the call center and not the store, but when he transferred me, it was a phone number no longer in service. The food looked like it was prepared by a little kid. I ordered the special of the personal pan pizza and wings with an order of a little Parmesan cheese bottle. And this is what I got. Nobody will answer to get a new pizza or a refund.

I just order the $2 personal pan pizza but that is not what I got. What I got is medium size pizza that was cut up enough to show it was only two slices. Business need to stop cutting corners. Very disappointed, if this business is going to be cutting corners then go somewhere else.

This location on San Pedro was super efficient and customer. Friendly. My apologies for not getting the name of the manager in charge or the tall young man who attended to us. He was very cordial and made sure we were attended to and everything was good. The restaurant was slammed with a new promotion but, our orders were made fresh and they were super fast. Even though they had no ice, our drinks were cold. The pizza specials we ordered were as follows. We did the 2 for $7 specials and our choices. We're (1) hand tossed pepperoni 🍕 and (1) order of boneless wings. The next order was garlic cheese sticks and also another hand tossed pepperoni 🍕. All food was hot, fresh, and tasty. Sorry, no pics, we were super hungry and pressed for time. I think the young man was named James, sorry I'll forget if I don't add it. We've stopped eating at another location because the quality had gone down but, this location showed us that it's still go to 🍕 pizza. Thank you and we did mention to the manager of the great service.
