MF’er at register looked me in the face, asked my name, puts my pizza in the heater. I sit down patiently. Manager comes out bathroom, opens pizza heater, see’s my pizza and then hands it to me. Ridiculous nonsense.

It'd be nice if they could get an order right occasionally. I typically order from other places, simply because they can get my order correct. Crazy to think that a pepperoni pizza and a two liter soda is a tough order.

This is an update to my previous review.. from March 27, 2025
Pizza hut sucks, just like the corporate office who never has anyone on duty during the day. I got a customized pizza that tasted like something that should be flushed rather than for human consumption! This used to be my come to store for pizza, but they evidently put managers and crew that could care less about making pizza the right way, much less a manager who knows how to treat customers. They have all refused to take the charge off my card, and I will never go back there again for any reason. The people who work there look like the store itself, kinda greasy like spoiled pepperoni. I would be glad to take this review down, but they are refusing to refund my $24.00 for a pizza that I took one bite after I got home and immediately threw it in to the trash can, mind you not in the organic bin, but the trash can, because of the horrible taste, as I would not even want it to spoil the compost at the CITY DUMP. The sauce was also cold, and kinda slimy. They seem to have done this in retaliation for the 1st pizza I ordered and they made wrong, and they did not like the fact when I told them to Please make this over. OH WELL, I will not go back there again, and with the attitude of the corporate office NO ONE WILL EVEN CARE. Your store and business need to be labeled UNFIT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION!

This store has screwed up my last 3 orders. They evidently cannot read, because the last 3 times they have screwed up my order, and I called to complain, but they did nothing. I pay good money $24.00 + tip for a custom order pizza, and they throw it together like they scooped the toppings out of the garbage can. Pizza hut corporate will not do a thing. I am fed up with Pizza hut and will not order from them again. This last order I am going to contact my credit card company and dispute the order.

Cancels your order after a hour and half, wont even answer the phones. Complete waste of time and space. I mean how hard is it to make a pizza and deliver it.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Placed an order and after 1.5 hours, the tracking still hadn’t updated. Called the store, and the automated message falsely claimed it was picked up or delivered. When I finally got through to a person, they said they’d look into it—then hung up. Called back, only to be told, “Oh yeah, our phones don’t work correctly, we’ll remake it we couldn’t find your apartment”—and they hung up again.

Now, 2 hours later, still no dinner. No updates, no accountability, just terrible customer service. Absolutely unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Worst pizza hut in San Antonio.Came to pick up a personal pan and a 4 piece boneless wing. Order said will be ready by 633 order wasn't ready until 653. Waited 30 mins for a small pizza while there's 4 people working ,4 people on the clock and they still behind. Y'all have a girl sitting in the front just sitting there, but she can't help cook. Ridiculous service. Don't eat here.manager could care less he said not one word for the inconvenience. Worst pizza hut in San Antonio.

Atmosphere is for pickups only, no restaurant dine in, so you can expect it’s relatively free from trash and noise. This was the best part of my visit. Repeatedly my nearest Pizza Hut has been horrible service, wrong orders, nobody there caring to take my feedback or credit my account towards the orders wrong even though I had previously been a very repeat customer because dominos pepperoni sucks. I was really craving pepperoni so figured ordering from this location would be safe; as a door Dasher I’d picked up orders without issue so was really looking forward to finally a good Pizza Hut experience to be had…Right? So wrong!

I arrived and wasn’t greeted, Stuff at the counter for like three minutes, girl at the register just moseying like a cow chews cud, apparently she was making change from the safe for the guy off to the side. Finally acknowledged me with “pick up or placing an order?” To which I say hi and inform her of my order. Takes forever to pay and something told me to check my pizza (I only ordered one item) before leaving. Seeing a bunch of crust all the way around and that not being my experience with pan pizza ever since I was a kid in the Book It program and hearing about “toppings to the edge” I told the girl that wasn’t pan pizza. She asks me do I “like, want them to remake it or something?” To which I tell her yes of course especially since I had to pay extra. No apologies, no inspecting the product herself, just went and told the cook person. I had to yell back there to ask how long as she came back to just stand at the register and literally tap her hands on her thighs like she’s so bored, still nothing to me except “ok they’re gonna redo it” and taking the first pizza away to sit on a counter in the back.

I’m told fifteen minutes on top of the twenty already waited, in the coldest night of the year where it’s dangerous driving. That’s not her problem of course, but jeez, offer me something got my troubles or something.

Fifteen minutes later my pizza comes out and 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️apparently that crappy pizza IS the way PH makes a pan pizza these days - I asked the girl when she shoved my pizza wordlessly across the counter and I looked at it: “That is pan pizza? Seriously?” “Yeah”, and confirmed by searching ph Pam pizza on Google.

How disappointing the pizza was. Even moreso the lack of care to explain to me that the first one WAS pan, and my having to wait in the cold instead of get home with hot pizza even if it’s a change I didn’t expect, to begin with.

The sauce was very heavy and sweet and not good, and I’m not too sure what’s the difference anymore between a hand tossed and pan. I already don’t eat wings or pasta or etc so I doubt I’ll be back unless someone is actually going to give me a few pizzas for my troubles from now both locations, AND those experiences go well. I’ll just have dominos and not eat pepperoni, at least I know what to expect AND most importantly the service is attentive.

Horrible service at the counter.
Whole staff walking around like zombies. Never again. And we've ordered delivery from this location over 10 yrs.

Poor service. Multiple occasions with incorrect toppings. Facility is unclean with clutter and disorganized. I don’t recommend this location.
