Ordered online, 2 stuffed crust pizzas. One with regular sauce and one with the garlic parmesan sauce. No toppings. Order was placed to be picked up and pay in person. Got to the store and was told that my order was given to someone else who had the same first name. I guess they don't verify orders or check last names. Had to wait for them to remake my order. They didn't apologize or anything. I guess there was no point in ordering online for pickup since I still had to wait so I'll just remove the app then. Service was not great as they didn't even acknowledge their mistake. As if I wanted to wait even longer for pizza and ordering online was just for fun (sarcasm). Now, onto the pizzas. Stuff crust definitely doesn't taste like how it use to. Bottom crust is super thin even for a pizza with no topping. It was so thin that it wasn't even sliced through. Every slice on both pizza wasn't sliced through. Garlic parm sauce was very salty. Pizzas looked great, but that was about it. Both had thin bottom crusts. I'll just find some stuffed crust somewhere else. I hear Domino's, Papa John's, and Little Cesars now have stuffed crust. App uninstalled....Pizza Hut, you were great when I was a kid and I was a loyal stuff cruster, but I'm breaking up with you....for good. Thank you, next!

Called in to place an order then one hour later called back to check on the status to be told that there was no order in the system. Store is unprofessional and is definitely cutting corners closing earlier than advertised as well as not answering right away to deter potential customers from ordering so they can close early. Bad customer service and not recommended.

I walked in and my pizza was already ready. I ordered it online. I don’t understand how this place gets bad reviews but I tell you what maybe they changed their story you need to go in and check them out again give one more chance that’s all I gotta say Was good. I ate it before I took a picture. I’ll take a picture guaranteed.

If I could rate this a zero, I would. Analeigh was so unprofessional when we called because they messed up our whole order and we were overcharged. Called to see if we could at least get a replacement on the pizza that they messed up, and she refused and told us to take the pizza back, which we had no issue w but couldn’t do it because they were closing and would have been closed before we got there. She was yelling and being rude the whole time we were on the phone and all we wanted was a replacement on a pizza they messed up. Very unprofessional ANALEIGH.

Pizza was made incorrectly it was missing toppings and Shawn refused to fix or refund our order. He said they do not fix or refund and if we wanted our pizza corrected we would have to place and pay for a new order.

They served me a cold uncut pizza. Very poor and sorry pizza everytime I order for delivery! I love pizza hut but the store doesn't care pizza looks like and taste like its premade and been sitting in the window!
Man I tell u I Oder pepperoni pizza on line and I get a cheese pizza and it’s happened to me once before and the manager says well it will take the meats off so u have to look at it again and it happens sometimes so deal with it cuz we ain’t doing nothing about it u ordered it u eat it I tell u I think I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on

I ordered the Big Dinner Box with traditional wings and an order of cinnamon sticks. My order arrived hot and fresh and super fast! My expectations were greatly exceeded. The delivery driver provided excellent customer service. Everything in my order was delicious! I highly recommend this Pizza Hut when you are in the mood for pizza.

I ordered online and apparently it didn’t go through but they still took my money. I called Pizza Hut corporate and the store and got no help at first. I spoke with the manager and then the store manager and they helped remedy the situation. They all were very professional . I did have to go In person after some calls but they overall made it better !

Ordered a tavern cut pizza. The toppings were decent (little bland) but the crust came burnt and tasted like a cracker. A burnt chewy crispy cracker. It was not as good as I’ve had in the past.
