When did a large become a medium, at least 2 inches in diameter smaller?? Lacking in cheese and toppings. Haven’t ordered Pizza in a while and won’t bother again!

They’re kind of overwhelmed at this location. You stand at the register for well over 5 minutes before someone acknowledges you. They seem to need an additional employee. I ordered in-store to go and it’s been 45 minutes and counting. The guy told me they were still working on my pizza then the other guy grabs the one I expected to be my order out of the warmer a few minutes later “here ya go.”

I ordered my pizza 2 hours before I needed it so scheduled a pick up for 6:15. I got there at 6:10 and they were just taking it out of the oven. It was hot and delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful. This is a good Pizza Hut no complaints. Give them a try.

THE WORST PIZZA HUT IVE EVER DEALT WITH, EVERY DELIVERY IS ALWAYS LATE THE FOOD WAS WRONG AND TO MAKE IT BETTER IT WAS COLD. CALL CENTER IS USELESS AND ATORE NEVER ANSWERS, I WENT TO PICK UP MY ORDER 35MINUTES AFTER IT WAS AUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED. DO NOT WASTE YOU'RE MONEY HERE

Do not order from this location. The delivery times are never accurate and they consistently show up 30-45 minutes late. Waited on hold for 20+ minutes just to get a refund. Eventually just hung up after waiting for the general manager. The pizza was 41 minutes late after paying $10+ for delivery on a $14 pizza.

I placed an order through the app and drove to the restaurant at the time the order was scheduled to be ready. The employee told me the order would be ready in 5-10 minutes. I waited until 30 minutes past the original schedule time before I inquired again about my order. The same employee again told me it would be another 5-10 minutes. I asked to speak to the manager and a general manager named Lucy came to the counter and said she had 2 new employees. I told her that waiting for over 30 minutes at this point was unacceptable. She went to the register and gave me a receipt that showed my order was cancelled and she instructed one of the employees to throw my food away. I told her I didn’t want a refund I just needed my order and give my feedback as a regular customer that a delay of over 30 minutes was unacceptable. She said she canceled the order and I had to leave the restaurant. This is not the service I expected especially from the general manager.

If you’re ordering online, buyer beware. Placed the order through the app at 6:24 pm with an estimated delivery time of 7:49-7:59 pm. I was waiting for the delivery to be able to take medication. At 8:04, I called and without speaking to anyone, I was placed on hold. After being on hold for 5 minutes, someone answered and immediately hung up. I called back and whoever answered said simply “I can’t take new orders, our system went down.” I asked what time the system went down so I could ascertain if my order was impacted and was told it was an hour ago. She said they’re simply refunding every order they see and then hung up on me without confirming any details for my order. Well, my bank still shows the charge pending - I’m sure I’ll be cut off again if I try to call so I’m not wasting my time. I’ll be disputing the charge if it posts.

TL; DR - I’d only recommend phone orders or do it in person if you’re desperate… but really just go somewhere else.

Went to pick up an order and used the restroom while I was in there. It was so filthy it looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a week and the smell was terrible. Not to mention they try giving you two small cups of marinara for a family order of breadsticks and then charge you $3 for two more of those small cups

The pizza, the wings, all delicious! Still my favorite pizza and wing joint. Outstanding Customer Service! Outstanding food service! They're pretty fast and accurate. Still the best!

So a few weeks ago I ordered a large pizza for delivery and I was charged for the pizza, delivery fee of $4.99 and then I tipped the delivery driver. After placing the order I was notified that it was my delivery was going to be done by Door Dash. So I looked on door dash and their delivery fee was $1.99. So why is pizza hut charging $4.99 for delivery when they don't have drivers? I called talk to a manger and he understood and said he would credit me with $5. I checked on the app and to my surprise NO CREDIT for $5.

Food has been good and the service. But the bathrooms are terrible. I did notify someone when I was there last but she wasn’t a manager.
