Online food delivery is bad. Cold pizza and sometimes wrong order. Spent $70 last night to enjoy cold dry pizza. Bruh I wonder what Gordan Ramsay woulda said.

Food is ok, service is awful. Don't turn fryer on in the mornings until after pizza is ran through so had to wait on fryer to heat and wings to cook while pizza is sitting in warmer.

Beyond horrible experience and customer service is even worse. I ordered my pizza at 505 online and it said it would be ready at 611. I arrive at 612 and I still had to wait til 632. And to top it off, my pizzas were cold. I call and speak to the manager Jose and he did even have an explanation or apology. All he said was he could have made my order or give me a refund. That's nonsense when my kids are waiting for pizza. Il

Walked in to pick up an order and was at the wrong counter. The guy said the counters over there so i walked over and waited a ridiculously amount of time. No one at all came up to the counter and i ended up just walking out

Completely at a loss for words. A week ago I ordered the big dinner box and 1 of the specialty pizzas was missing multiple ingredients. After calling the store, they told me they were out of those missing ingredients and would give me credit for another day. Cool. Well, today was that day and guess what.. Same pizza missing ingredients again!! How hard is it to put the pesto drizzle on the pizza?? That's literally why I ordered this specific pizza.. After many attempts to call the store back and no one answers or it gets routed to a hub, I give up and well, here we are.. Will not be using the store again. Ever..
I was told that my order would be ready in 15. I got there and had to wait another 20 minutes for my food to be ready. Things happen, I get it. The place was dead though, but maybe they had delivery orders. On top of that, they forgot to give me the ranch I ordered, which made me sad. The pizza has an after taste, I’m not sure if anyone else has noticed.

Horrendous situation- zero management. What we witnessed done to us and other people patiently waiting was absurd. We ordered our small pan pizza and 4 wings at 655pm said would be ready at 715. Showed up they said it wouldn’t be ready until 730. Ran an errand came back at 731. Literally 7 workers behind the counter and not one knew what they were doing. They said I had to wait for the tiny pizza and 4 wings for 7 min. At 750 I finally went up to the counter for the 3rd time and they prepared the wings in front of me. During this time they didn’t have anyone’s pizza labeled properly and a man missing a third pizza was given someone else’s pizza. The poor couple whose pizza was given away who had been waiting for some time finally had to cancel their order (what I should have done). The staff was cussing at each other. They either didn’t know what to do or were walking around cussing at each other. So sad and ridiculous. I feel bad for the young kids under such a toxic work environment.
