the customer service needs improvement. we called the store to place an order & they were giving us attitude the whole time. they were rushing us to finish ordering & hung up on us before we could finish. we didn't even order much, just 3 pizzas. we even told them before they hung up that we weren't done but they still hung up. we called back & they picked up the phone but we heard nothing but workers laughing & talking, not even acknowledging us.

Very Disappointed, Service, Food, all of it, i would give 0 stars if i could. Placed an online order for 2 medium hand tossed pizzas. When i got home, i discovered the bottom of the crust was covered in hair and some kind of fibers, they delivered 2 replacements, same stuff covered both of the bottom of the pizza, been calling for 5 days straight, and keep getting promised a call back same day from "District Manager", still haven't received any reply to get my refund, i had to contact my bank, never will i visit this location again. No problems with the staff at the restaurant, bad service stemmed from the Pizza Hut Phone number, which routes to rude, and poor call center service.

This place is a joke! The guy with the blonde hair who greeted me just by saying "do you have a carry out order?" as i walked through the door...First of all..hello! Second, no I didn't my girls and I were planning to dine in. (Literally no one was in the dinning area, I mean NO one!)Then he tells me "yeah I won't be able to get to you in probably and hour. I have all of these orders to do!"( touching about 5 receipt orders) I then told him "so your basically refusing my service?" He then said "well I do have a lot to do and I won't be able to take care of you in an hour maybe more!" Oh now more than an hour... hmm ok as I'm there even thinking about just ordering anything to go he then says "ok have a good day!" Like wow! Never in my life would I ever go back to this awful place and i would NEVER expect anyone to get treated this way! From the looks of these reviews I can see why!POS

Pay attention to the date of those 1-star reviews for me really quick. 1 year ago, 2 years ago. This location has improved it's quality of their food and their wait times seem to be more precise. Keep in mind that I ordered 5 times within the last couple months (twice in the morning, three times shooting for nighttime) in order to give them a proper review. For I'm a regular at this location and I felt the need to do them some justice for they were getting backhanded with old reviews.

My wife order 2 pizzas, one pepperoni only the other was pepperoni and the other half had pepperoni, sausage and bell peppers. The bell peppers where charred, idk how they thought this was exceptional to give to a customer?

The waitress took our order and left, and she never even put the order in.we waited 30 mins till we asked the cashier whats taking so long and with out a care he told us she didn't put our order in .If I could I wouldn't even put a star.

I ordered a large three topping pan pizza, for ten bucks, for carry out. Operator stated that it would take roughly 25 minutes or so for it to be ready; there was an operator as opposed to someone at the store who might've been to busy to answer the phone so that's a neat service instead of being on hold for minutes on end. Anyway, it took longer than 25 minutes for me to pick up my pizza so I was worried that my pizza might not piping hot or fresh. But I was wrong. The cheese was delicious and the pan crust was buttery and crispy the way I always like it. Also, the dude on register, with the neck tattoo, was very polite and professional in handling my order. Left a tip for them as a token of my appreciation. I've been coming to this Pizza Hut for years and always had great service so I had to show some love.

No Communication at all, quoted 1 hour and 30 min after I placed the order. 20 minutes later I received a message pizza was out for delivery keep in mind I live 1 mile away I didn't receive the order until 1 hour and 25 min later, I called twice Jordan manager answer said driver had about 5 deliveries at a time and I was fourth in route. I wouldn't of ordered online if I knew the length of time was close to 2 hours. Don't waste your time nor money ordering from this place. Pizza was cold , no ranch on wings and cinnamon rolls were dry.

Let me tell you something about this location, your ex will be accountable and admit their mistakes and express their regret for losing you FASTER than your pizza will arrive, this location will group orders of 5 pizzas together, put them all on the driver and give bogus wait times. Honestly, your best bet is to order carry out and pick it up your damn self! Don't fool around with delivery, it's toxic.

If you are reading this and wondering " should I get pizza from here " or maybe my experience won't be like this YOU ARE WRONG . This is gonna be a long one so grab a snack and enjoy . I have come to this Pizza Hut for awhile now and it was in my opinion pretty good . Now most of the time we go to pick it up because if you get delivery you WILL NOT get it to you in perfect conditions. Something is always wrong when you order delivery . There was one time where they delivered to the neighbor , yes I was refunded so I didn't make a fuss about it and continued to pick up due to that experience. BUT then last night at 8:15 I ordered a pizza , received my email then an hour passed and the website said " OUT FOR DELIVERY " so we called to see maybe they left already and were just driving slow due to weather conditions . But nope again they told us it would be a 2 hour wait . 2 hours went by so quick and we waited until 3 in the morning YES 3AM ! What I don't understand is if you had orders ready to be delivered at 9:30 when the website said it was ready then shouldn't you have DELIVERED those rather than wait . Mind you at this location they have 5 drivers CONSTANTLY. So there's your review . DELIVERY IS NEVER A GOOD CHOICE . CARRYOUT IS LITERALLY A GAMBLE BETWEEN WELL COOKED OR WAIT FOR WHAT SEEMS LIKE FOREVER. The employees are okay , they never seem to care about your missing order or making you wait but I guess that's the attitude you get when your store manager is a lazy unprofessional manager. So if you would please take my advice DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION! They don't deserve any service . That's all folks ! P.S - try Sofia's pizzeria it's local and the best honestly !

If I could rate lower I would. Hadn't tried this location in literally 10yrs and clearly nothing has changed. Ordered and can you believe it, It got delivered 30 minutes late....to my NEIGHBOR!. I Should've let him keep it because the quality was terrible and we were missing half the order. Clearly this is a poor leadership issue....It all starts with the Store Mgr, that person clearly doesn't read reviews or care about the customer. As a franchise there are still District Mgrs of some sort....they should try reading these reviews themselves and visiting this store during peak hours (Yes Leadership team, its ok to work nights and weekends when your customer traffic is highest) in order to view first hand what the customers experience......So sad, no wonder the competition has cornered the market. Good Luck Pizza Hut trying to regain all your lost Market Share due to poor Leadership.

Asked for contactless delivery and the driver called me that he's in the parking lot. The food quality was disgusting. The dough wasn't good at all, so bad that it is a big concern. It tasted undercooked and bad. I've worked at a pizza restaurant before and that isn't quality you should sell at all. DISGUSTING. Our pizza was like folding also. I don't want to order again from this location

I have ordered many times from this location for my workplace. Never had a problem. My boss pays with his company card & I've always paid over the phone. When I place my orders I've placed order for 20ish pizza & sometimes twice in one day for my day crew & night crew. Never had a problem with them using the $7.99 or $9.99 until today. The system apparently doesn't let you use it on multiple pizza's only 7. Also I tried to pay over the phone (like I always do) & this new manager doesn't allow it. I explained I've always paid over the phone & never had this issue. So the girl on the phone very rudely explains how the new manager doesn't allow this but that she would take it this one time. We finish the transaction & I repeat the details of pickup time & say thank you...the girl rudely hangs up. I guess I will tell my Boss, to take our business somewhere else.

Eating there you will be fine... But you order delivery and you get one of 2 things... Smashed items (including desserts and pasta) or your order will be wrong with missing items... When I called to complain they said it would be another 90 minutes to get the order out. This will be my last time ordering for them. While pizza hut has good food... This particular one will leave you with a bad taste in your mouth, and if you order the pasta, lower on toilet paper.
