If I could give this nasty half done pizza place a zero I would the manager Pablo is rude and obviously slow I picked up a pizza for door dash and he acted like I would steal the pizza and then proceeded to try to take my phone saying I needed to show him a map or he would block us when he saw me take a photo of the receipt as if that’s going to hurt me I have ordered from this restaurant before and always have to return the food because its either the wrong pizza or not cooked all the way even though it’s closer to me I drive far too order somewhere else

Every time I come here always feel welcome They go above and beyond to serve Me and my family. Yesterday night they made My Day It was my birthday and I had a bad experience somewhere else and then they did their best to make it special they even gave me a free cookie plus a drink and wrote happy birthday on the cookies box I was so happy That meant the world to me I’d like to give a special recognition to the managers there always kind and going above and beyond.
Kid-friendliness: Once when I was waiting for our pizza with my daughter, she’s three with autism and she was all over the place, but they were so patient and kind with her They gave her a box to play with, but she thought it was pizza So she was like not happy with the box, but they tried that’s what means the world to me

I really hate this location I live 5 minutes away. When I order food online they send a door dasher to my door that doesn't speak English and they'd never have change so I have to spend $60 instead of just giving them $45 for my order Because I only have 20s or no change. So I have to tip the dasher $15 dollars for a cold asszz pizza. It literally never fails. This location sucks and they need to shut down so I can start ordering from the one on San pedro.

Put in the job application. I called to check on the status of my application. A representative from the staff. Men said that they were gonna call me inever received the interview. I call I called. They don't answer that phone. How do you expect to hire someone for your business? If you do not call them back, are you saying that's what need of help? But I just think in nationality, that piece has really nice. Getting that much business are it's on The Verge of closing down so that's why they are not trying to hire no employees.I don't know what else go. Out of at this time

I had a carry out order and when I approached the counter and paid for it, I was shocked when the guy gave me a receipt that asked for a tip he did nothing but turn around and pick up the pizza and set it on the counter. are you kidding me

So I went in around 930 pm to order a 10 taster pizza which we recently ordered for 10.00 the manager stated they don't have that so I said okay so I found another coupon and because I wanted a pizza only I told the specialty for 17.99 my receipt shows correct order but because they were already pretty much breaking down to close the pizza maker forgot to add mushrooms and the onions were only on 3 slices so I took pictures. Also I asked for a lil extra sauce but my bread was soaked in sauce. I got home and got rest to eat and order wasn't what I completely requested called location recording at 10:03 stating location was closed to call back tommorow which it says close at 11 pm. Next day when I call I was placed on hold by a Raymond manager he said who said I needed to call after 5 to deal with that!!!! I said excuse me he said I wasn't there so I can't replace or provide credit I said even tho I got receipt and pictures and video and proof I called 5 times he said no so then he said well u can speak to GM Brian district manager or the manager David... And I said okay because he was already seemed frustrated about something . I would like a call back from management for my credit since I could not get resolvement until tonight... Smh please reach out out to me ASAP. Thank you

Very nice staff, but a little disappointed with the pizza itself. We usually order from the one on San Pedro Ave because they deliver to our hotel, and it has never been disappointed with our pepperoni lovers pan pizza, but this time THEY WERE OUT OF PEPPERONI!!! WTH!!! So the next closest one was the one on West, but had to go pick it up because the hotel is HALF a mile out of their delivery area!

The manager was horrible. Asked me to stand outside waiting for the delivery, because they gave it to door dash and had no way of communicating with them. So I should wait outside.
