I had not had Pizza Hut in years until a couple months ago . I placed a pick up order and it was delicious. Today I placed an order for pick up , set the pick up for an hour after I placed the order . When I got home the pizza looked undercooked and very little toppings . It was also cold, like it was prepared as soon as I placed the order and sat there until I locked it up . I don’t think I will order from this location again.

I placed an order on 6/8/25 with the Pizza Hut app and I spent $70.04 ($75 w/ tip for driver). Upon receiving my order 40+ min after the order was placed my son was eating his pizza and when he picked up a piece there was a super dried up roach right there in the box. This thing had been dead a while in the box and possibly even cooked in the pan with the pizza. I immediately tossed everything after taking pics and I tried to call the store. It only goes to a call center that stated the stores don’t have direct numbers to call and to file a complaint I had to do it online so I proceeded to go online and file the report. At 8:48pm I was provided an incident number. It wasn’t until today that someone finally reached out to me (13 days later) and asked for the pics so I sent them. Then I was told he had to get with his boss and would call me back. 5 min later he called back and said I’m sorry but we use a 3rd party driver and don’t know where the roach came from so we can’t take responsibility and we also need all the food brought back. I said are you kidding me, it took you 2wks to contact me and u think I still have the food no one could eat after that. And all he said was well I don’t know I’m sorry. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE OR EAT HERE!

If I could give this nasty half done pizza place a zero I would the manager Pablo is rude and obviously slow I picked up a pizza for door dash and he acted like I would steal the pizza and then proceeded to try to take my phone saying I needed to show him a map or he would block us when he saw me take a photo of the receipt as if that’s going to hurt me I have ordered from this restaurant before and always have to return the food because its either the wrong pizza or not cooked all the way even though it’s closer to me I drive far too order somewhere else
