Worst Pizza Hut I have EVER been to ! Dining room is so plain pizza took for ever ! No ice was given to us no cups for at least the three liter we got ! There was a total of 6 of us had to go to the corner store to get cups and ice ! After eating went to the restroom before leaving and restroom smells like buttt and poop !

The method to the madness is if you're gonna carry out, make sure you tip online so your food won't be burned, when you pick it up. I like to leave cash tips, but I wouldn't have if I'd looked at my food first.

They took over an hour and thirty minutes to deliver my food and forgot one pizza and gave me red pepper flakes instead of the parmesean cheese I ordered. I made a claim and finally got my second pizza but never got the parmesean cheese. These people are worthless and unaccountable for their mistakes. never order from the Hackberry Pizza Hut. A Red Baron or Digorno would be much better because these pizzas also didn't taste as good as usual Pizza Hut pizzas.

Everytime i order here i have problems last time the delivery driver came with half the asked for a full payment and the manger Mary was rude this a manger named destiny was rude i order from pizza hut app they apparently sent dasher who ask a payment and she don't how she can refund me I paid twice

Great tasting pizza and welcoming customer service.
This place was dirty as hell. Trash everywhere and the restroom were dirty and stunk. I don't know how anyone uses that toilet. I plased my order thru the app and I got a notification saying it was ready and when I got there to pick it up they couldn't find it.
It has been a long time since I had enjoyed Pizza Hut Pan pizza. Today, I decided to get The Big Dinner Box, it was excellent! I ordered online and by the time I got to the store, my order was ready for pick up. The service was excellent and the food looked really good and tasted great. The cheese sticks were delicious!

I’m a regular at the Hackberry location. I’m usually on the run and have very little time to make dinner so I opt to go for Pizza Hut, always do the special of 1 topping and one 5 topping pizza or a specialty pizza for 22.99 with the total coming out to 24.13. Well I ordered my usual on the app, mind you I only go through the specials option bc that’s where I get my deals or use the points I have accumulated bc like I said I’m a regular. Well for some reason or another only the specialty pizza goes through for 24.13 and my hubby who picked it up doesn’t question why he only got one pizza box. So I call them and I’m I explain the situation to them. I told the “manager “ that if they take a look at my history they would see I normally do 2 pizzas for that price. And if I could go get the other. They said no that there was nothing they could do. Why would I be okay to pay $25 for one pizza when I always order 2 for that price. They said no refunds only store credit when the pizza was almost home. Why would I go all the way back to go that when the reason the food is ordered is bc I have hungry kids waiting. I’m very disappointed in the customer service and will no longer be a customer. Again I ordered this on the app and specifically went through the deals option so why not honor it? 25 for one single pizza is ridiculous especially with today’s economy, super disappointed.

Ordered on line a pepperoni lover's with stuffed cheese and was enjoying it till I realized it was dry no sauce and much if any pepperoni. Nothing like what they advertised.

Pizzas pretty good but mid I'm not sure if I used that gen alpha slang correct but it's good but somewhere around meh or neutral/average quality better pizzas were made at the location in marbach road it's 1749 SW loop 410 on the corner of marbach road
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian pizzas plus has pasta and french fries for some unknown reason
