Absolutely horrible experience more then once with this place. Takes forever to answer their phone. Then when they finally do they just told me they are closing early today and stove is already off. While they clearly say they are open till 12am. It's 10pm they tell me this...then suggest to go to west Ave. When I did when they tell us they ran out of stuff crust. Both Pizza huts are horrible...

This location has a new team that has made the best pizza of my time. The prior team, the group of women, would get my order wrong, call me and tell me that they can't make my order, forget my order and made me wait 35 mins on site - they didn't take care of the quality of their work. This new team is fantastic! I can tell they care about what they do. Keep them happy!

Tried to order delivery through the app, 20 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered it's still showing that it's being prepared and the location does not answer their phones.

Not only did they mess up on my order once but they messed up twice on it. Then a female was constantly cussing at employees. That place is very unprofessional never never will I go to there again.

Do not go here the employees are rude and if you see a employee I believe her name is Lynee do not even deal with her she is extremely rude she constantly was cussing and I had my little kids with me and she looked like she was under the influence of something because she was just all over the place and jittery.

Showed up at 6:30pm for dine in and place was empty.Not a soul in the dine in area. Only customers going in and out for pick up.Staff didn't greet us as we entered the establishment. They were doing their stuff. We finally decided to leave after waiting for a reasonable amount of time.

It is one of the best fast food pizza establishments around, in my opinion. Conveniently located near neighborhoods, specials on various items they offer, and a staff that has always treated me courteously and professionally on every visit. It's been many years since I've eaten inside, so I can not comment on this too much other than to say the one Blanco road, just inside 1604, is always clean and well kept.I ordered thin and crispy large meat lovers and a second large pepperoni pizza with a side of garlic sauce. These were ready on a Friday (12/08) evening within 15 minutes. The food was good temperatures, had plenty of toppings, and had a great taste.Staff was great and greeted me professionally and courteously. I hope your experiences at this one is as good as mine.Parking: Plenty of parking in the lot next to the building on their property.
Ordered a pizza for delivery. I live 6 minutes from this establishment. They said our pizza would be delivered within 30 minutes. After 45 minutes passes without a pizza I call this location several times. They do not answer. An hour passes so I decided to drive to the location. Still no answer on the way. After I arrive they state the delivery driver "just left" and "that's it" After speaking to the manager about this horrible service it turns out it was still not delivered and on the shelf waiting to be picked up by the delivery driver. We just asked for a refund so we could just leave. So in short do not recommend ordering delivery from this location.

So back to place an order today as I did last week on the 14th and placed the same order which was already in the system and after tip and everything it was $20.95 back on the 14th and a $4 tip included so the pizza would’ve cost $16 for delivery. And then I call back today and now they’re wanting to charge me $22 and have not even left a tip yet so and the manager Mike was the one that took today’s phone call. He said he had no way of finding out who serviced me back on the 14th, which is also sad as a general manager, not knowing who’s doing what in your store and in the database, I am beginning to see where this store is under four-star. The lack of consistency with customers and it’s really disappointing.

The place sucked. No salad bar whatsoever. 3/4 of the place is un-lit, seemingly to discourage ppl from going in there to sit & eat. One tiny/small personal-pan-pizza=$19!--Hello?!?!?--Ppl just going in & out to pick up their orders. Personally, I'll never go there again!--Should've ordered from Dominoe'sPizza, the lava-cakes are to die for!--Yum!!
