Do not order here at night. I’ve tested the theory by ordering takeout in the daytime and my pizza was perfect. Last night I ordered and my “stuffed crust” pizza wasn’t stuffed….no pesto AND undercooked. This has happened more than 3 times….terrible

Worst thin crust pizza we have ever had. Should have taken photos before throwing it in the trash. Little Caesar's thin crust is superior if you only want pepperoni. Tried Pizza hut but never again.

Ordered online and I accidentally chose the “carry out” option instead of delivery. I called the store to try and correct this, willing to pay the required fee, and NO ONE answered the phone. I probably called about 15 times. Fortunately customer service answered and I cancelled the order. A worthless location.

WORST PIZZA HUT IS STONE OAK location in San Antonio. Workers have horrible attitude. PIZZA always arrives COLD and is so GREASY. CHEESE on top is ALWAYS BURNED. Get your act together!!!!! Tried this location again yesterday after a long time since previous bad experience and same issues..... Pizza was cold when it arrived and was like flavorless shoe leather. Cheese was non existent on both our pies. Absolutely no flavor. On the supreme the veggies were limp and the meat was very sparse. Overall, terrible tasting pizza and a total flop costing $47.00. GET IT TOGETHER PIZZA HUT.

Pizza Hut app finally working again. Got excited to order again but our favorite PH is now closed. Ordered from this location before reading reviews. Glad I didn’t read them because as you can see, our pizzas are quite good. Also they’re using DoorDash now so probably will eliminate delivery issues. I didn’t go to the restaurant or interact with staff. Therefore have no opinion on atmosphere or staff.

Absolutely ridiculous the amount of complaints about the same exact things (foreign objects in pizzas) this place obviously comes not practice food safety whatsoever further more the management is under the impression these complaints are erroneous. Y'all need better staff and better management an absolute poor excuse of a very famous pizza chain. This locations score is correct subpar and 2 stars is correct do not eat here if you are expecting quality or professionalism.

I ordered a big dinner box with traditional wings and got boneless wings and when I called back to try to switch them out, they treated me like I was crazy. Telling me that’s not what was ordered. How would they know when they use a third party to take orders?
