I don’t understand why you have your closing time at 12 am when you are already mopping at 8:30 pm (with mop water that smelled) & when my family & I sat down to eat you wait to say there’s no servers & have to order at the front & when I go up to order no one is there. If you don’t want a job in customer service then don’t work in one. It is rude. Especially when it was 3 1/2 hours before closing not 30 minutes. Do better.

Manager and team member were super nice and friendly. Let me know that they were behind on over 10 orders as soon as I arrived. Nonetheless, I waited about an hour for my TWO pizzas, and on top of that you could tell they were rushed as the dough/crust was still white and not crisp at all on both pizzas. Toppings were sliding off and sauce and cheese were almost liquids and didn’t hold together. I literally had to put it in my oven at home for 15 additional minutes… Super disappointed as we love Pizza Hut but this one always has some issue…

Called in to get a pizza at around 10:00 and they kept canceling my order online. I tried and called but they did not want to take my order out of pure laziness. It’s unfair to just cancel it saying “error” but they know what they were doing not wanting to make the pizza.

First time ever walking in or trying this place. It smelled like a dirty bathroom, which certainly wasn't a good impression. The service was okay, the guy that took our order tried too hard to be friendly and it just came off as really awkward and insensitive. We later found out he was the manager. We agreed we probably wouldn't ever come back here again, and we're going to write this place off as a nono. We get home and dig in because we were hungry. It actually tasted amazing and smelled amazing. We were pleasantly surprised. Everything was delicious. 3 items, $30. I looked at reviews and all the recent ones aren't good. They say the food is bad, and is overall a bad place to eat. Glad that we came here tho because this food hit the spot. Overall, just seems really hit or miss so if you plan on checking it out just hope and pray 🙏🏻

I always order from this location. and for the first time they called me back very unprofessional and rude telling me that they cancelled my order because they had no dough didn't even apologize just kept saying we have no dough we can't make your order. I will never order from this pizza hut ever again. After I informed him that next time he calls to cancel an order to have better customer service he said uh ok. I knew he was lying to begin with just didn't want to make any orders and wanted to leave for the night. Next time just say y'all close at 11 then 12 so you don't make any orders after 11 pm instead of saying you have no dough. Like really no dough no thin, no pan and no hand toss! If he wanted to make an order he would of offered other menu items right? Also they've messed up on my orders in the passed and I still give them chances well not anymore! Done with rude customer service! I would give them zero stars if I could but had to give them 1 not by choice!

Pizza tracking app was stating my order was delivered and it was not. When I called to check on the status of delivery I spoke with the “cheese manager- Julio” -who couldn’t MANAGE to provide customer service. Choose another Pizza Hut location.
The worst service. Ordered wings to take out and even came 15 late because of the experience i had last time to give them extra time. This time i waited another 25 minutes to get the food. On top of that rude ass employees. Never ordering again.

Horrible customer service. Had an issue with my order. Apparently it was canceled due to Uber which is crazy because I ordered online thru the Pizza Hut app and not Uber. Order was canceled, waited an hour, called to see what was going on “they said they didn’t know why order was canceled, would remake and expedite order. Over an hour later still no delivery. Said they would give me a $15 credit towards next order but I would still be charged for current order. Are you serious??? Absolutely ridiculous!!! My kids are starving and still waiting on delivery. Do not recommend this location. The absolute worst! 3 hours in now…

Not even sure what happened today, but the pizza was horrible. I asked for extra cheese and extra sauce and got neither. Paid for the extra cheese and did not get it. Also, the pizza was cooked too hard, as if the oven was set too high. I'm writing this review because I've been to this pizza hut in the past and it has been very good. Maybe I got the bad shift or the new workers just don't care. Please do better. If it's good on one day, it can be good every day.
