Went in with the family for dine in. Waited for 5 minutes to even be acknowledged. Asked for a table for 5 and was told we had to order at the counter. I said I'd like to have menus while we sat at a table and was told they don't have the workers for that. I said we'd just leave, and the guy behind the counter seemed happy about that. I just ran the check on the website, and they lost out on a $74.72 sale. Down right pitiful. The guy working the counter at 2:25pm on 18 Jan 2025 should be let go.

They don't have servers/waitress to attend to you if you dine in, so you have to stand in line to order. I asked for light sauce and they still caked all my pizzas wit sauce. Pizza hut just isn't what it was anymore 😕

I haven’t ordered Pizza Hut in quite some time but but did an online order. It was ready before the estimated pick up time. When I walked in I was greeted and had fast and speedy service. Workers were all kind as well.
