Today was the worse pizza I’ve EVER received from this exact place! I ordered 4 pizzas with other stuff and it was delivered with DoorDash which is always an extra 20 minutes on top of the time they give you ! Never fails… anyways we received the pizza cold! And the bread was tough to eat! Like it was stale! Even after we warmed it up it tasted old and tough to eat!!! It was just plain gross!!!! Didn’t even have a nice taste for cold pizza at that…. Super disappointed ohhh and the audacity of the employees .. we kept calling and they kept hanging up the phone over and over and over ! If you don’t like your work get a new job!!! This place is not what it use to be !

I entered the restaurant, stood at the counter and no one stated anything as I stood there. Employees were walking around in the back talking unaware that anyone was at the counter. I eventually left the restaurant. Also, the restaurant was empty, no patrons at all. I should have known something was up when no one was eating at the restaurant. The restaurant furniture looked old and unkempt.

I live about 2miles away from this location and had had it with their service i will drive across town if i have to if i want a Pizza Hut pizza. They've disappointed me 3 or 4 times with their service the last time they had let me down was when i ordered a 2 large pizza special and supposedly they had run out of something to make the traditional style pizza and instead gave me a long square box pizza and said it equals to the size of 2 large pizzas. Let me state that no i highly doubt the square box equals even a large pizza because me and my mom didn't get full with it and 2nd it wasn't what i ordered you should have either cancelled my order or refunded my money

Placed an order at 844 pm, said delivery was going to be at 9:15 pm okay cool. Well my order didn't arrive until 1005. Then the lady who answered the phone couldn't resolve my issue sent me to another person who also couldn't give me any answers then the manager was a useless as a box of rocks... my delivery driver finally showered up at 1015not his fault he said they wouldn't give him the order since I was on the phone with them...
Couldn't get over the smell. I walked in and walked right back out. It's like they left the bathroom door(s) open and didn't clean the bathrooms. Couldn't do it... no one was at the counter anyway to greet me or take my order but then again I was there for a brief amount of time. It's always slow there.

My order experience was great from beginning to end. The app was very easy to use. My order came in a timely manner. The delivery person followed directions perfectly. Thequality and taste of the food was excellent. This Pizza Hut does a great job overall whether we dine-in or get delivery.

Tried to order delivery online, 6 times "an unexpected error occurred, had to re-enter order. Then after the 20 minutes of re-entering order the website won't accept credit cards. Massive waste of time for a low quality pizza

I'm honestly more of the 80s generation of pizza hut so it's only something I order for my son because of the stuft (sp?) crust. It doesn't quite taste the same to me anymore.
