This use to be our go to. I don’t know what has changed in the last few months but boy has it gone downhill. I ordered a large stuff crust pizza tonight and when I got home I noticed there was no sauce on the pizza. I called them to let them know and they asked me to bring it back to remake it. Okay cool. I get there and show him the pizza and he’s like WOW. Yeah there’s really no sauce. He brings out the remake and it’s the same exact way. I told him this looks like the one I just brought back. He goes to say he can only use a medium scoop of pizza sauce on a large pizza because it has stuffed crust. (so apparently you decide if you want sauce or stuffed crust). He told me next time to order extra sauce. I will let the picture speak for itself. Hey management….your staff needs to do better.

The employees here are awesome! They greet you when you walk in and are always pleasant. The pizza is typical, never bad, a bit greasy sometimes.

On Friday, April 4th, 2025 my husband went to go get his order but it wasn't ready. At least that's what the manager stated. She proceeded to tell him it would be another five minutes. Once he waited and went back in she informed him that the pizza was never put in the oven. He asked for his money back and she refused. Only a general manager can offer a refund. He had just left and she stated that she would not call him for that but she didn't offer any other solution. The police ended up being called and a police report was filed. We will not be returning and advise anyone else who wants to be treated like a paying customer not to either.

The service at this location is horrible. I have given this location several attempts and they consistently screw up my order. The pizza was undercooked and they got the entire order wrong.

Placed an online order. They only gave me half the order in the box. Then no one answers. Called and was placed on hold for longer than 15 minutes, so I just decided to hang up and call back like I was going to place an order. They answered right away. When I requested to speak with a manager I was placed back on hold and no one ever came on the line.
Needless to say Pizza hut went down hill. If I could I would give 0 stars. Don't waste your time or money.

Blamed Rob for the late delivery when I called. I live down the street… almost two hours after I ordered it. . . I won’t be ordering again

I did it, I ordered again for pick up.
Chicago tavern is a spiced up thin crust needing a bit more cheese, and the pan cheese pizza needed more cheese…
Paid for extra cheese… :/ but -
Seemed a tad better than before.
Older guy cutting pie seemed okay and the young man at computer got up to help this visit. Food was decently made but that’s not exactly what customers want. Not impressed but going a better direction.

It's a small takeout and delivery Pizza Hut, but while I was waiting for my order to be made, two of the other employees asked if I needed anything while I waited. Which was a very hospitable gesture. So A+ for the service

So George is a disgrace and disgusting excuse for a human being. His customer service skills are non-existent and he yells at you over the phone when you try to bring mistakes to his attention. He does not believe you even if you calmly explain it. NOT ALL PEOPLE COMPLAIN FOR NOTHING. When you’re a supervisor (and I’m shocked he’s even in management at all), your job is to de-escalate, not scream at customers and hang up on them when they complain, or threaten them when they call again to get your name. It’s absolutely appalling and unacceptable and I never say this about anyone in reviews I leave but absolutely FIRE THIS PERSON. There is absolutely no reason a person in management should question a customer if they bring an issue with their food to the attention of a supervisor. The first thing out of his mouth when I tried explaining my issue was not even an apology or asking how he could fix the issue, he immediately questioned my judgment of my own food that was inedible. Judging by some of these reviews, George continues to be a problem. I used to regularly go here the last 10 years I’ve lived in the area and never had this issue until now. I will not be returning ever again and I don’t recommend anyone even waste their time here because if you have any sort of issue, you will be yelled at, threatened and hung up on, just like me and others. He needs to get out of customer service because he clearly has no people skills and can’t handle the slightest complaints from a customer, no matter how small they are. He’s condescending, extremely hostile and immediately disrespectful. I hope the calls are recorded on that end. If not, I have my own proof of this I’d be happy to share since there were multiple witnesses of the conversation I had when calling in. The pictures I uploaded are of my pizza where the dough is RAW and the cheese is visibly NOT EVEN MELTED. Idk if you people know this, but raw dough can cause people to get sick and potentially cause a lawsuit. Just saying.
