We tried the buffet. Pizza was good, but not convinced worth the price. Pro tip. Buffet includes salad but you have to request it.

Order by phone, gave my order to someone else, had to remake and wait.they said they would give me a free cookie or brownie to make up for the mistake. Totally unprofessional. Not happy customer.

These were the smallest pizza slices I have ever seen at a Pizza Hut buffet. Make sure to get there early because they start cleaning up 10 minutes before 2 pm when advertising Buffet served from 11 am - 2 pm. This store is in a good location and has a really nice set up but I think little thing like closing buffet early, management directing employees correctly is keeping this location from being successful.

I don’t know why but it always smells bad inside here. I placed my order today at 7:00pm showed up at 7:45 they said my order was not ready. They were not busy but I just had my daughters wait. 30 minutes go by people walking in and out with their order. Meanwhile my daughters are still sitting there. I call ask for an update because it’s been more than an hour. All my food had been ready but employees are just standing around doing nothing much of anything. Come home missing the wings to my order like come on. Thank you all so much my children and I really did enjoy the cold food! Sigh…

Well tried to place a order on line nothing happened put in my card and would not place it then I called to place a order I got a voice mail so I’m trying somewhere else
I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni and black olives on pan styled. What I received was a bacon and black olive pizza. People don't know how to read.

Dominic is such a horrible manager. poor judgement on pizza huts part. called to get confirmation order went through and to asked about why prior order was cancelled. he told me what is the purpose of you calling. horrible customer service. and now i have to wait 3-5 business days for my funds to come back to my account. hopefully they won’t spit in my second order. fingers crossed

I specifically pre-ordered at 8am for carry-out (11:45am) and paid online thru the app. I specifically chose (11:45am) so I can pickup and head to my children's school to eat lunch with them at 11:55. Upon arrival I noticed one worker doing it all (cutting up pizza, boxing it, setting them aside with their receipts, tending to the dining area and I'm assuming the register) you can tell she was busy while two other workers ( i could see) were dragging there feet. One which apparently was a manager. So I call the busy worker from the counter bc absolutely no one was addressing the line starting to form, I stated that I had a carryout order. By this time it's 11:53. She checks and it wasn't done, hasn't even been put into the oven. She says it'll take 10 minutes but by this time, there's no way I could wait. I ask for a refund and she calls a "manager" who didn't even know what to do. She had to call someone on her phone to help her and then forced her phone onto the busy worker that was already doing everything while the manager walked away, Instead of tending to the line of costumers behind me. You can tell the busy worker was flustered, needless to say I got my refund, but I learned my lesson about pre-ordering and will not be doing that again. I missed most of my kids lunch due to me having to rush to McDonald's. So disappointing. Pizza Hut... get that worker some help because even management wasnt much help.

I ordered a pizza by the time it was delivered it was cold when the deliver driver dropped off my pizza before I can even reach inside my pocket after grabbing the pizza she like can you leave me a tip since you didn’t leave me one.
