Not understanding why is there no one willing to come to the register to help customers walking in. I watched the line form with not 1 single greetings or even letting me know they will help us. Just makes no sense, even knowing this is the GM here just not saying anything at all.

I ordered for carryout and when I went to pick up my food and pay for it I was given everything but my wings. I was told when I went to ask for them that they weren't ready yet and they would be about 4 minutes. 20 minutes later I was told they're coming out of the fryer now. When handed my wings I asked again why I didn't receive them with the rest of my order. And she them tells me that they were misplaced. OK so now I've been told 2 different things and I have cold food. The absolute worst customer service. I am someone who has worked in this exact field of customer for over 6 years. Never once have I did something like this. If I didn't hand you everything all at once I made up for it. Never have I experienced this in my 5 years of coming to this location for my orders. Very disappointed.

I order my pizzas at 5 it said it be ready by 530 I went up there and they say they are running behind that it be 2 hours wait and when I asked for something for the wait they said no and hung up on me and again bad service I order my free cheese sticks for my birthday and got denied

Items were forgotten on a delivery order. When I contacted someone to get it corrected they offered a $10 credit. When I tried to use the credit on a future order they were not able to apply it. Terrible service.

I was shorted on my change of 25 dollars last night and I called pizza hut and I got nothing resolved. Worst 50 dollars I ever lost
Everything was on time and great prices.
Online and Phone App was a lil off on orders. But they fix my pizza right....
We tried the buffet. Pizza was good, but not convinced worth the price. Pro tip. Buffet includes salad but you have to request it.
