Dominic is such a horrible manager. poor judgement on pizza huts part. called to get confirmation order went through and to asked about why prior order was cancelled. he told me what is the purpose of you calling. horrible customer service. and now i have to wait 3-5 business days for my funds to come back to my account. hopefully they won’t spit in my second order. fingers crossed

I specifically pre-ordered at 8am for carry-out (11:45am) and paid online thru the app. I specifically chose (11:45am) so I can pickup and head to my children's school to eat lunch with them at 11:55. Upon arrival I noticed one worker doing it all (cutting up pizza, boxing it, setting them aside with their receipts, tending to the dining area and I'm assuming the register) you can tell she was busy while two other workers ( i could see) were dragging there feet. One which apparently was a manager. So I call the busy worker from the counter bc absolutely no one was addressing the line starting to form, I stated that I had a carryout order. By this time it's 11:53. She checks and it wasn't done, hasn't even been put into the oven. She says it'll take 10 minutes but by this time, there's no way I could wait. I ask for a refund and she calls a "manager" who didn't even know what to do. She had to call someone on her phone to help her and then forced her phone onto the busy worker that was already doing everything while the manager walked away, Instead of tending to the line of costumers behind me. You can tell the busy worker was flustered, needless to say I got my refund, but I learned my lesson about pre-ordering and will not be doing that again. I missed most of my kids lunch due to me having to rush to McDonald's. So disappointing. Pizza Hut... get that worker some help because even management wasnt much help.

I ordered a pizza by the time it was delivered it was cold when the deliver driver dropped off my pizza before I can even reach inside my pocket after grabbing the pizza she like can you leave me a tip since you didn’t leave me one.

Do not order online your toppings will not take if it’s only half the pizza and you wind up with an all cheese pizza. The store itself even said not to use the online to order because of that issue. If they know, it’s an issue I don’t understand why Pizza Hut doesn’t fix it.

This Pizza Hut has gone down... there's no more buffet and the bar is shut down. The dine in service is slow for being empty. We went for lunch at 11:30 and our waitress stood looking at us unpatiently as we looked over a menu that had no prices. We sent her to get us drinks while we decided what to eat and an older lady (the cook, who was very nice) brought us our drinks and took our order. Finally what seemed a while, the original waitress brought SOME of our food but kept stretching her arm over my plate. We had to ask for the salad and breadsticks they forgot and when she brought them, once again she reached over my plate while I was eating and shoved the plate of breadsticks in my face. It used to be nice there and felt like a good place to eat... never again! All they're good for is carryout and delivery.

On June 22 I had my daughter's baby shower. The GMGR Luciano gave us permission to decorate the room. The staff was amazing friendly and helpful are pizza came out perfect. I will definitely do another party there.

Hot and delicious. I had to pickup because they were going to cancel my order since they don’t deliver to base. Not sure why the system allows me to order if that’s the case. So for those wondering, NO BASE DELIVERY- nor will they meet you at the gate.
