OMG! This food is disgusting. I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas for delivery. The food smelled like dog food. And that's literally what it became. I don't know what happened to Pizza Hut, but the quality has definitely gone down the drain. My kids wouldn't even eat it. That's how bad it was.

The person working the counter was extremely nice, to bad that is the only positive. The pizza was horrible, no flavor it will be my last time. If I was the only one eating this pizza I would have said it was just me but others said the same no flavor.

Worst pizza hut store. They Canceled my order after almost 1 hrs past due delivery time. Pizza hut said Doordash canceled it because it was a big Amount which makes no sense since I had already payed for delivery, tip and all. Manager said we can give you 20% and you you have to come pick it up , pathetic .

Went yesterday to Pizza Hut... Ordered A Large Pepperoni Lovers Pizza $22. Paid For The Pizza, But That's The Last Time I Go There, No Wonder This Place Is Always Empty And Pizza Is Expensive... I'll Stick To Peter Piper

Ordered online and said it would be 15 minutes forty order, which was two medium pizzas. Upon arriving to locale, busy and dining room was a mess. Walked to cashier and asked for my order which in turn he said it would be an additional 8-10 minutes. No problem, or so I thought at first. Then out of nowhere the restaurant was full and understaffed. My order actually came out but the pizza point person failed to call out my name or the name of the other 6-7 orders he shoved in the hot box or holding station for completed orders. I had to stand in line again and finally got my order 25 minutes after the initial time quoted due to no communication or help for that matter. Well when I arrives home I find my pizzas not to be cold. Honestly didn’t even eat any of the pizzas and gave them away to my neighbor. Unacceptable and very disappointed in how my dining experience was ruined and unrecoverable. Do better and have better staffing for next time.

awful customer service, awful communication when issues arise with order production, and awful decision making after aforementioned order issues. for some godsforsaken reason, when the store ran out of tomatoes...instead of calling and letting me know, they substituted BANANA PEPPERS. this is the third time they've messed up an order i placed, out of four times ive ordered here, and the associate that answered when i called to ask wth went wrong offered 35$ store credit at first, then suddenly said it was 25$, and finally lowered it to TWENTY DOLLARS store credit. bro that is forty dollars of pizza YOU messed up, be fr rn.
im going the extra mile to go somewhere else; maybe do the same if you're tempted to order pizza hut

Wife order was wrong she called the general manager Elizabeth was very rude honestly don’t know how she got that job she needs to be replaced basically was calling me and her a liar if she was having a bad day don’t take it out on me
