Ordered online and when I arrived the young girl working seemed she hated her job! I asked is there sauce and she was very short “In the Box!” Poor service and bad experience with the quality of the Pizza!! I ordered well done Pan and everyone knows if you don’t order pan well done the pizza is doughy and just doesn’t have the nice crisp crust. Manager attempted to explain it away to some type of process customers don’t understand that happens when a lot of orders come in. Pizza Hut if you can’t make it well done because of to many orders then don’t offer it as an option!!! Sorry but that’s a lame excuse for bad service and poor quality on expectations for customers pizza orders etc…

I don't know if you've noticed, but it doesn't work to order through the app or online. I go through the whole process and when I try to pay in the cart there is no order.
Terrible service. The old guy decided to wait on all the male customers first then his own race for females. I waited over 30 mins past my pick-up time. Multiple customers who walked in after me were serviced first. He was rude and did not give great customer service. I know for a fact this is against policy to treat customers unfairly because of their race or gender. I would put zero stars if I could.

I placed an order in the store and was there for 45 minutes and they hadn’t started my food but a worker was sitting there eating and making orders the kid at the register did not know how to take orders. This place sucks and need to be closed or fire everyone there

Ordered pizza on a Friday night with the expectation it would arrive at 6:35pm, the team crushed that goal and was knocking 10 minutes before that! The pizza was delicious, ordered a new Yorker and the new Tavern pizza! Totally recommend you trying it! One suggestion I have, is the ham topping on the new Yorker was less than I expected, maybe add a bit more! Thanks again for the fresh, fast yummy pizza❤?
