By far the worst Pizza Hut! Placed my order 15 minutes ahead of getting off work. Arrived at the store and said on the website that it was ready. Got off at the store and two people were ahead of me placing their order and I went up to the carry out, they asked for my order name I gave it to them. Waited for about 45 minutes after it said it was already “ready” on the website. Then they kept saying “it’s almost done it’s just in the oven.” The other 2 people that were ahead of me that placed their order in store received their pizza first while I placed mine ahead of time to get in and out fast. Ridiculous to say the least. Do not recommend this store. But if it’s the closest to you then have fun waiting an hour for your pizza if you placed it ahead of time.

Worst Pizza Hut imaginable I used to work at this establishment and it’s only gotten worse, when I ordered this last time it was actually awful quality, using expired dough and the people inside know that they are using bad dough. The sauce was everywhere on the pizza and due to that there was literally no crust on the pizzas. The GM doesn’t know how to run this establishment and I would reframe from ordering here.

I got a pizza that was absolutely swimming in bbq sauce with hardly any cheese, way too much pineapple and hardly any bacon. There was so much sauce that the cheese didn't even cook all the way and much of the pizza was just bbq sauce and pineapple which was gross and way too sweet. Really disappointed. I've gotten bbq sauce instead of red sauce previously and it was fine, but this time whoever made the pizza was terrible at amounts and placements.

Beware when your getting your pizzas from there , the workers (manager included) like to randomly pop out of the store and hit their pipe during store hours. If your order if incorrect , missing items or the workers are simply so lost and confused that's more than likely why. Ordered online and went to pick up about 25 minutes later, when arriving was told they were remaking the pizza due to an error and it would be 20 minutes. Waited 30 minutes and checked, was then told by the attendant that there was some more pizzas ahead so it was gonna be awhile. Got a refund and left.

Ordered delivery for a pizza with a pineapple topping and ended up with a pepperoni pizza. Being a vegetarian this is not something I could eat. The worst problem was we waited on call to complain about the order for more than 2 hours and no one picked up. This would have been sorted if someone cared enough to pick up the complaint.
