This is a great place to come for lunch. They’re quick and attentive. Food is always fresh and hot. I like the melts there especially the meat lovers. Very good addition to the menu especially because you get the sauce on the side not all over the pizza they’re easy to handle and to eat, they even have a good health value because there’s a lot of protein on the actual portion and they’re not that big so you don’t get overfilled again perfect for lunch quick easy and on your way

Horrible horrible horrible they will not add security stickers to your food they send Uber and door dash drivers instead of Pizza Hut employees last time the door dash brought my order with torn security stickers I wonder why he needed to open my order and mess with it I called the restaurant tonight after placing my order and sure enough he told me they forgot to put them on my pizza the door dash driver wasn’t even the person they said was delivering my order sketch af fk I don’t trust people messing with my food I willl never order prom Pizza Hut again Dominos

Everything was amazing. The service was great from the moment we walked in. Food was hot and delicious! Never took a pic but I had to leave a review. We were on this side of town due to a game and glad we stopped here. The store was very clean and neat.
Horrible service, had an order delivered and they didn't put the pasta in the right container, it spilled all over the other food and when I called to get it remade, they said they could only give me a credit and to reorder it. Like what? And this isn't the first time something dumb like this has happened.

After placing the order before 10 this morning so that it would be delivered within the time needed, here we are half hour later and no food has arrived. I understand that it seems that Pizza hut no longer delivers there food and uses Doordash, but the order was placed for a specific time. I called looking for an answer, explanation or at least an apology. All I get is, well there were two other deliveries before you. Wow, guess need to start using Dominoes down the road. Horrible service and unfortunately this was the one that broke the camels back.

This place is terrible. Either the A/C is broken, or it's set at 90 degrees, but I digress.I placed an online order for 5:30pm, but after my checkout was completed, it said my pizza would be ready in 15 minutes. Ok, that was quite possibly something I did or didn't do correctly, so I immediately phoned the store (this was close to 4pm) and told the guy on the phone what happened. He repeated my name and asked if that was me and I said yes. He abruptly put the phone down and I heard some commotion. He returned to the phone and said he told "the guy" not to put the pizza in the oven yet and that 5:30 is a right in the middle of the busy time for them, so he "might" could get the guy to wait about putting it in the oven until 5pm. He also said the only way to now add a different pickup time, was if he voided the order and charged me again. Huh?!? So I told him I'd try to get there earlier than I'd originally planned and confirmed that, when I arrive, I just press the "I'm here!" button I got via email (for curbside delivery) and he said yes.I raced to the store and got there at 5:15, thinking it would be ready and I'm being a bother because it's their busiest time of day, so I'll just hurry up and get out of the way (after all, I messed up when ordering online). I pressed the button to let them know I was there and nothing happened. The parking lot had one other car bedsides mine. I waited for a bit, then went in. One booth was occupied and there was one man in front of me placing an order, who had walked there. Is this busy?? I told the guy at the counter I was there to pick up my food and he went to check, came back and said - it's still in the oven, probably be five more minutes. I know that pitching a fit at a franchise never gets you anywhere, so I just waited and went along with the poor customer service, sitting in the ridiculously hot dining room, looking around at empty food containers on several tables from previous patrons, and resolved to not forget writing a review about the experience.Definite do not recommend the Pizza Hut on McMullen!!

I ordered a large pizza using the app last Friday at 8:28pm. It was already 10:15pm. and no delivery was done yet. I called the store and one of their associates lied to me saying that the pizza was on the drivers car and that I will get it shortly. I live about 5 minutes away from the store, at 10:30 pm. I went to the store and a lady without any customer service skills took it from the warmer and put it on the counter in a rude way while still talking to the other two men working in there. The pizza was cold and ugly. The kept my money for the delivery charge and the drivers tip. I ended throwing the pizza into the trash and buying a Little Caesars one. They have absolute zero customer service skills, they are all dirty for a food service place, they lie and have absolute no respect to the clients.
