I opedered2 medium pizzas one pan one hand tossed and instead they sent us 1 thin pepperoni and one hand tossed which my kids don't like the thin pizzas they don't get full enough! Very disappointed!

My order was to be delivered at 9:15 pm it didn't get here till 9:45 pm and my food was cold and cheese sticks burned over cooked. Very horrible experience my family did not enjoy the wait or the food when it finally did arrive.

Okay, first and foremost, let me start off by making it clear. I love pizza hut pizza. Out of the top 4 pizza franchises, pizza hut is my go to favorite. The food I ordered and received from this location was great, very tasty and hot. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.With that said, my beef is with this Corporation's Sales team. Marketing team and definitely with the CEO, CFO and COO along with their underlings. Denials of knowledge won't cut it. They offer award points for purchases of o line orders both through their app and their websites, they do give you the points making you think you have a future free item. Their app and websites conveniently have errors and issues when trying to order using the reward points earned. But they work perfectly if you don't use points and pay for your online order. This is not the individual stores doing this, this is a Corporation issue which I believe is well known with the upper management. I am sure I am not the only person who has run into this problem. All I ask is either allow the customers to use the points they have earned or stop the promotion all together. Ok, my rant is over. Sorry for the long review.
