Yeah, no, this place has gone downhill. Food was decent. I expected my pizza to be hot, that's why I dined in. They charge for parmesan & red pepper, they don't have the shakers anymore. I'm surprised they didn't sell us napkins.
First at all the order was totally wrong, and the employee that was making the food wasn't wearing any gloves to prepare the food, just picking the ingredients straight from the containers with his bare hands and lastly the kitchen floor was nasty and cover with cheese. Is really funny because the last review this restaurant had is 7 months ago and they posted a picture of the employee doing the same thing.

Never received the food and the manager Rob kept saying they have nothing to do with online orders. He refused to give me a refund unless it was approved. It didn't get approved. They stole my money.

This store is gross and they’re making the food without wearing gloves.
Really looking forward to the Chicago style pizza. Seriously disappointed! Ordered thin crust, dough was undercooked stuck to box. We didn't request extra mushrooms. Pizza smothered with them. Will not order again!
