Horrible customer service heard a female constantly cussing at the staff. Not only did they mess up my order but it was messed up twice. The whole place was very very very unprofessional. I will not be going back to that location ever again.

Ordered a pizza for delivery. I live 6 minutes from this establishment. They said our pizza would be delivered within 30 minutes. After 45 minutes passes without a pizza I call this location several times. They do not answer. An hour passes so I decided to drive to the location. Still no answer on the way. After I arrive they state the delivery driver "just left" and "that's it" After speaking to the manager about this horrible service it turns out it was still not delivered and on the shelf waiting to be picked up by the delivery driver. We just asked for a refund so we could just leave. So in short do not recommend ordering delivery from this location.

We have always gotten our Pizza here and have been very satisfied BUT today not so!! We asked for extra sauce and there was no sauce at all! It was dry and stale like it had been made hours ago!! So disappointed!!?

I had been jipped a dollar, total was 10.83 payed with nine dollars and 2 dollars in quarters was told by employee and manager that I only paid 10.83 after having been asked to pay the remaining 83 cents.

I don't understand why I keep given this place the benefits of the doubt. The last few times I was here it was in the summer and my pizza sucked than and yet again another disaster. I ordered my pizza dine in just so I could enjoy it hot this time but NOPE that didn't happen. All I got was a Med with cheese & pepperoni, thin crust. It arrived to me warm with barely any cheese at all. I Didn't have to wait to bite into it at because it had no heat on it what so ever. It looked old/dry when he sat it on the table but I didn't say anything. I try not to complain since they think that's all do anyway. After eating two slices I had to ask the waiter "why it was so warm so soon?". He said he didn't know but he could re warm it for me. Wow, who want to re warm a thin crust pizza with barely any cheese on it? That thing would have really been worst. So I said I can re warm it at home myself. A good restaurant would have or should have offer a fresh pizza be brought out to me. But he walked away! There was literally no one else in the restaurant but me. I should not had to wait at all especially for a cool warm pizza. I am done with this spot. Close to home or not, Because apparently customer service means nothing here.

I have ordered from this store multiple times. EVERY time they have gotten the order wrong. I have been offered coupons from corporate to make up for the incorrect orders but local management has been unwilling to correct the problem. The manager Gloria said to me that she was fine with losing my business. I will never order from pizza hut again.

Worst customer service ever seen, the manager was yawning all the time and the waiter was new. We ask for a gluten free LARGE pizza.. 25 minutes later it arrived. The smaller pizza we ever seen.! Because they don't do gluten free large pizzas and the waiter was never informed. The crust of the pizza was over cooked.! we were too hungry.!

So, finding decent pizza in SA has been a challenge. As such I've tended to go to the usual suspects (PH and Dominos). In any event, I have found PH to actually be pretty decent and generally serviceable pizza. That being said, I generally order two pizzas to go with one of them being light sauce. So, I go to pick up my pizzas and I ask which one is the light sauce...person behind the counter has no idea. What I should have done is had them remake one of the pizzas light sauce but I didn't. Won't make that mistake again.

I ordered a half pepperoni/half cheese carry out pizza from this location and they gave me a full pepperoni. Had to drive back and exchange pizzas which was a major nuisance.
